HiThere’s a few other questions over mesh & router & password changes but not sure I really understand them or maybe don’t fully apply to my situation.I have: PlayBar with 2 Play1s, Play3, Play5, another Play1. Gen1 system (getting on for 10 yrs old now)   with a Sonos Bridge.All was fine (mostly) using the existing WiFi via a PlusNet router (possible a HobOne?).As I live in an old stone house with 3ft thick walls all over the place I struggle with WiFi in the house so I’ve invested in a TP-Link Deco P9 system (these units use a Powerline method for connecting the various stations). The house coverage is now much more stable and even, which is good. BUT… I now can’t get any of the Sonos speakers to work on the new mesh system. I’ve tried all the app suggests, repowering first and then I connect a Play3 to the router as another option suggested. Nothing seems to find the speaker. Any ideas on how I can fix this please?The original WiFi is still up and running (at the moment but

I am attempting to pair my arc with ones and a sub.  After a few minutes, the speakers chime and say they are connected.  When I go on the app to the room, the arc is the only speaker showing.  The ones and the sub have disappeared.   And the arc shows with three ?'s next to it.  I still have the option to remove them in settings, even though they are not there.  When removed, I need to factory reset to get them to show. I have attempted to set up with two seperate arcs and multiple speakers seeing that my system is quite large.  I have the same problem with both.   I have also factory reset everything, reset phone and attempted on multiple wifi networks.If the arc is not involved, I have no problem pairing speakers and adding the sub.  They will all communicate together, until the arc is added. Any thoughts?

I just bought a sonos ray. It is connected to my TV via optical connector. The only thing that is rather annoying is the fact that I cannot find a way to control the volume with my vigin media 360 remote. When I try to set it up I get to the audio setup option with Sonos as a provider listed there, I get two options to choose from but neither works. When entering the sonos model number “RAYG” it does not find it either.  So now I am stuck. Does anybody have a solution for my problem?

Hello all. Had a weird problem with my sonos recently. I am getting audio from someone watching television outside my home. They are not on my network so I'm really confused about how they are broadcasting thier tv over my sonos.  Any advice or assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Hi I have two sonos one sl speakers. I use them from my iPad & they stream Tidal successfully.  I’ve just bought two roam sl & also play them through my iPad.  however, the four speakers don’t appear on my app. I have to switch off one pair to use the other; hope that makes sense.  what have I done wrong?  how do I group them together using Tidal? Thanks for any help.  Sim. 

Just recently got a Port because my Connects memory was “done and gone’.Some trouble installing but now it works. Right now I’m trying to understand why I can’t connect to Sonos via app (s2). It seems like a lottery, it works every third or fourth time.Sometimes it’s saying that I still have my old connect in the system so “it get confused…”I should say that when the app is connected everything works great!—So, what is the problem, why the connection problem?/Lars

I want to play my cd collection again. Will a Marantz cd6007 connect to my two play 5 speakers to give me stereo output. My play 5 speakers were purchased 5 years between but I believe they are generation 1 speakers.

Hi, I recently returned a faulty Sonos Ray and have  received a replacement speaker however before returning the faulty device I forgot to remove the attachment screws for the Sonos Ray Wall Mount.   Can anyone let me know what size attachment screws I need to purchase and where to buy?

Since firmware update 15.11 (updated manual this week) audio issues (Playbar/Sub/Play1’s).Before firmwareupdate everything was working fine for long time.Input via TOS-link (optica) Meerkanaals (bypass) from Philips One 50PUS8837/12 (model 2022) latest firmware (running several months) The audio is hikking/interrupted continueusly or even stopping, restart (power off/on) dit not solved the problem.After a lot of hours troubleshooting i found that the problem is in the Sonos lipsync configuration, after reset the lipsync from 4 to 0 the audio was normal again, but with expected delay.The maximum delay without interrupted/hikking audio is 1, above the problem occur again.When setting TV to stereo (PCM2.0) Sonos lipsync is working fine. Conclusion : Since Sonos firmware release 15.11 is lipsync not working as in previous verslons while using optical in (TOS link) and DD51 signal using Playbar

Spotify does not appear as an option in the list of music services in my Sonos S2 App in iOS.New Arc Soundbar, downloaded the Sonos S2 App, followed the instructions to add a new music service, but among the many services listed, Spotify is not showing. (?)I have Spotify premium and can airplay music to the Arc, but why is Spotify not listed as an option in the S2 App?

My son set up Sonos originally but no longer has email account or password nor lives at home anymore.  How do I change the account set up so is in my name with my email and password?I can’t access his email to change password or user details.Please help.

Have a ledge in great room wall that is about 8 ft from floor.   I can place Sonos speakers on this ledge or install in wall sonance speakers connected to a Sonos amp at this same height.  The electrical is no problem for either solution as is running speaker wire for the in wall speakers.   My question is which speakers (2) will sound the best?   I know with the in wall speakers I can paint the grates and they will disappear, but will they sound as good as a pair of Era 300’s?  Will the Era 300 work well at that height? I have a Sony TV and connected my new Beam to a HDMI ARC input. The Beam is connected to my network and to the app on my iPhone. I get no sound from the Beam even if I go to Settings on the TV and change output from TV speakers to Audio System. 

Hello. I have a Sonos Ray but the TV I would like to connect it to has no optical audio output. The TV has a SPDIF output. Would the following converter work if I connect from the SPDIF TV output to the converter via a SPDIF cable, and then the optical output on the converter to the Ray via the optical cable? Hi,Looking for help!I use a Sonos Beam with my Samsung TV 55” QLED 4k Smart TV Q80B connected with the Sonos supplied HDMI eARC.The audio works great for between two days and two weeks, then I will randomly turn on the TV and the audio is being played through the TV speakers. The Beam shows up as a video thumbnail through HDMI 3 playing a short demo video. I can’t get it to recognize as an eARC.I unplug the Beam and the TV from power and the HDMI eARC. Plug it back in and viola. It is all good. However, I don’t want to do this weekly. Looking for help troubleshooting. Thanks!

I have a pair of Sonos Fives configured as stereo pair.  I have a turntable connected to one (eg left).  When playing from Line-In only one speaker works (it’s fine if I use another source eg streaming).  I can switch the configuration to the other speaker and the same.  In fact, without changing the configuration, with line in to RH speaker, I only get sound from LH speaker!  So there seems to be no issue with the speakers.  As a lay novice, I have picked up that this may be something to do with the network.  Any clues as to the issue and how I could resolve so I can play my Vinyl through both speakers?

My Beam Gen 2 causes the tv to blackout for a couple of seconds periodically (every 10-30 seconds). I have a TV box plugged into the HDMI port of the tv, and the Beam is connect via HDMI Arc to the tv. I have checked to ensure the tv has the latest updates. All HDMI cables are high speed cables. I’ve also tried unplugging the tv for several minutes, and the beam. When the Beam is disconnected the TV works perfect with no blackouts. The same issue happens if I switch the HDMI connections. I ran a diagnostics test and reference number is 1450731502. 

New to SONOS. New construction home, with cat6 & speaker cables pre-run to a media closet.  I have 8 ceiling speakers hooked up to 2 AMPs (4 speakers per).  I need 2 Samsung TV’s sound to get 2 the AMPs, one TV to each AMP.  I have cat6 running from TV locations to the media closet where the AMPs are located, appx run is 50ft for one and 75ft for another.  Both Samsung TVs with eARC.  I need help with what extender/adapter to use for the HDMI/cat6 connection to the AMPs to get the TV sound to the AMPs to have the TV sound (mainly football games) play in ceiling speakers.I tried this item, but could not get any signal:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WFLHTKK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Any help or direction is appreciated.

Can I use my Sonos account in two different homes.basically I have two homes and two different internet providers.but I would like to have both properties with my sonos account .ehenni try to set up a Sonos one at my second property it won’t allow it I have tried to downstage to s1 but equipment is not compatible?any ideas please

Greetings, I’m wondering if I can mix up the speakers used in a home theatre setup. Specifically, I just bought a Beam and already have a One speaker in the basement that I don’t use much. Wondering if I can buy another smaller speaker, such as a Move or Era 100, and use that with the Beam and the One to create a surround effect (or just better sound) for both TV and regular music. I’d really like to use the Move, so I can bring it outside with me when listening to music while grilling. Any thoughts are welcome, pro or con. Thanks.
