As in the subject line.  Can this be done successfully please?

When I open the app on my iPhone sometimes it only shows one of my roams saying the other is powered off.  But it doesn’t show the other speakers, arc. woofer, 2 rear and 2 move.  Sometimes they’re there, sometimes not. I spent over an hour on chatting the other day, so long that my phone needed charging. It was working but a few hours later it isn’t. The tech wastes your time plugging and unplugging and reregistering and other nonsense.  But a day later the problem is back. The speakers come and go.  I can play music on the Roku tv which uses the arc, sub and back speakers but on the phone they’re not there.  It is getting to the point where I have to admit that I wasted almost 3 thousand dollars on a system that is unreliable and sonos can’t fix it.  Unplugging some of the speakers, which the tech makes you do, are behind heavy couches. I’m and old man and its hard to move these big heavy couches and harder still to get the plugs back in. Used to love the system but now it sucks . Th

Hello.  I asked this question in another section and tried to move it here.  Don't believe I could.  Posting here as it may be more relevant.   Hello.  thanks for reading.  Two topics that may be related. I’ve had my Sonos system set up for about 5 years with help from this community.  Pretty much no problems after the initial kinks were worked out.  I’m in a rural area and had been using Verizon wireless, a grandfathered plan for the house.  A few weeks back, we got Starlink and I have that installed with no obstructions. I have the Starlink installed with their router, turned off in bridge mode, with an ethernet adapter, going to a Unifi Router.  The router feeds a Unifi switch with various rooms connected by ethernet (even though it obviously goes back to Starlink).   Ever since the install, one room in particular (the kitchen) will have music drop out from playing but you can still hear audio from the paired sub.  Then the music will return for a while, then drop out again for abou

Hi, I have an arc, sub, and 2 x era 300 as surrounds.  Been working perfectly until I noticed one of the era 300’s had dropped out.  It then re-connected on its own but no sound was coming from it despite it saying it was connected.  So I then did a hard reset, and now it will not re-connect.  It won’t even do the chimes to connect (pin) it is like it tries but then fades out, any ideas, my gut tells me it is faulty?

 My new Sonos Ray won't start and only flashes white. This is my first Sonos device. A reset is ignored by the device and it just keeps flashing white. Does anyone have any ideas for a solution before I send the device back? Greetings from a sad Ray owner

Recently my Sonos Roam has a crackling sound. When using the Tune In Radio, it is at the start of turning it on. After being on the phone with Sonos Customer Support and trying different items, it seems to happen more on Sonos Radio and other radio stations. It does not occur with Amazon music but does with Apple Airplay.

Alexa is enabled in my Sonos app but when I ask to turn TV on for example it says OK but nothing happens but if I ask when Alexa app is open it turns TV on.  Also when Alexa app is open I can turn light on but not from Sonos, it says can’t find device

Hi, I added a stream that I wanted to listen to through TuneIn My Radio Stations, then added it to My Sonos.But I got the URL wrong. I went back into TuneIn to delete the station, which I did BUT I failed to check “delete from My Sonos” also. It’s disappeared from TuneIn but is still sitting in My Sonos. When I try to delete it from My Sonos, the operation fails, with an error message, “unable to remove station from my radio stations”.I tried adding it back to TuneIn, but that didn’t help.Any suggestions for how to remove this from MySonos?Thanks!

We've just bought a Sonos Roam for the new bathroom to listen to music, radio etc while showering. Bonus the hey Google broadcast to shout out for assistance. However while listening yesterday I requested it to skip the song it was on. The reply was that this feature is not available for Sonos? I was listening to my Spotify playlist, the paid for service rather than the free in case that makes a difference. Is there a certain way I need to ask? I asked it to skip that song, play next song, they didn't work. Thanks x

Beam worked fine on previous LG, this was replaced when the LG started losing pixels.LG OLED55C34 took several attempts for Arc HDMI to connect, after a few days Beam sound lost. The mute icon showed on the screen. TV sound was fine. Changed cables with no impact, disconnected everything, connected Arc cable and used the smart TV Netflix still no sound. After much fiddling it finally connected. Al good for a few days then Beam lost again and connection couldnt be revived.I then tried the tv Optical connection with the Sonos adapter, connected immediately. Me thinks therefore that it may be a TV problem ? 

This song was being demo’d on the Sonos set at Best Buy on 9/15/23, and I can’t find it anywhere!My video on YouTube of unsearchable Sonos songI cannot find it anywhere. It's not on Shazam or SoundHound... no search of lyrics or combination will lead to anything. The closest I found was Sukihana - "Price Going Up" (from her classic album, "WOLF PUSSY,") but it's definitely not the same song.thank you

Hi,  I have beam gen2 with two play 1s as rears hooked up to an lg c2 TV via earc with a good hdmi cables.  When watching uhd discs via a Panasonic player the sound drops for approx 1 second at various intervals.  I have just submitted a diagnostic under 1287652598.  I have tried with and without the play 1s powered and the issue remains.  TV and Panasonic player are all set too pass through.  I don't notice any drops when watching content via my 4k fire stick .. On the Sonos app it shows pcm 5.1 is being used Any pointers appreciated 

I am having trouble with the sound of my new TV hooked up to an Apple TV. I am using the TV speakers and all the apps are at different volumes. Does Sonos offer something that would help out for this problem?

Hi Guys I can pair my Sonos Era 100 to the Blusound NODE, but no audio, no sound yet it pairs to the Sonos Roam and works fine. Occasionally I like to send music from the streamer and use Sonos as the bluetooth speaker.Any ideas why the ERA doesn’t work and the ROAM does ? I can bluetooth from my iPhone, iPad for things like YouTube audio, but not the Blusound app etc.. regards Dennis

Sonos support has not been able to assist in over 2 hours and 3 calls… I have 2 houses and spend half the year in each. Obviously, 2 separate networks. In one (let’s call it ‘A house’), all the devices work on an S2 iphone app. In the other (‘B house’) I have a ‘Connect’ that I believe works only on the S1 app. But now I foolishly bought another Five speaker for my spouse in the B house and it turns out to only work on the S2 app - which is being used for the other house setup…. She is tweaking. Is there any way to make this work?  Do I have to get a new spouse? Do I have to delete the S2 app and set things up again each time I go to the other house? Will that even work? ANY IDEAS???

I Currently have a projector that connects to an Xbox X and PS5. All the electronics are behind the projector about 15 feet away from the screen. Getting a HDMI from the PS5 all the way around the walls to plug into a soundbar isn’t really an option. I’m looking at the Arc bar, two surrounds and a sub. What would the easiest way to connect all this up with running a 50 foot hdmi cable to the soundbar?

Hi, I have a Beam 2 soundbar with two Sonos One connected to a LG C2 tv and the tv connected to my PC. My problem is that every couple of minutes (sometimes more sometimes less) the sound stops working for a few seconds.Has anyone had a similar problem?I have tried various things like using the pc in 5.1, 7.1, dolby atmos mode. But the problem continues. The PC has a RTX 3080 and I'm using a HDMI 2.1 cable. The Beam 2 is connected to the HDMI eARC and the TV is in pass through mode.Thanks for help

I have a home theater set up that currently has an Arc ar the main sound bar, a sub and 2 one speakers for surrounds.  In my bed room I have a Ray with no surrounds.  I have 2 Sonos 5’s that are pretty expensive but I dont use them in my bedroom where they currently are located.  If I moved them into the living room with the Arc and the Sub could I create a room that would include the 5’s and the sub without messing with the home theater set up?

I am trying to setup my Theater room where my 98% of usage will be of watching movies and rather than going with a traditional setup wondering if i could do away with Sonos Arch + Sub + anything else (I am looking for surround sound more than Atmos) as most of the streaming services only support surround sound for now.Planning to setup a Screen size of 135 - 150 in Projector screen Will I need a AC Receiver If i have to use a sonos with a Epson 3800/4400/5050B ?My room is going to be a closed room with dimensions 14 x 19 x 11.Will Sonos Arc and Sub version 3 work with this size of a room ?

Recently moved, brought my Gen 1 play 5's but forgot my connect. What else will run the 5's? Gen 1 Beam ? Don't want to buy another connect as I have 2 and the Amp on the other side of the country. I use tidal for music.ThanksSteve

Registered Sonos Roam absent from system list. Unable to locate missing Roam. Why would my registered product be missing from account?

I have a multi room system. We have Play 3/5 and 1 throughout the house.  We use a Boost to connect to the Wi-Fi router as it is not close to any speakers.  But it is becoming unstable it seems.  Is there a better option for connecting to the WiFi? Thanks
