Plugged it in and cannot connect to exisitng Sonos system of 3 x play 3 via Sonos app. No green light and cannot seem to power off

Are the PLAY:3s set up on SonosNet? The Roam can’t connect to SonosNet signals, you need to connect it to your WiFi. But, once it’s connected via WiFi, it should be able to be seen in the Sonos controller with the PLAY:3s, and be grouped, etc. 

If you’re unable to power it off by holding the power button for an extended length of time until you hear the power off tones, it could be a different issue, you may want to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
