Will a Sonos Boost help with the strength of connecting a Roam Speaker to a Ray Soundbar with a Ethernet cable for outdoor listening capabilities?I currently have the Roam connected to the Ray but suffer drop outs when I bring the Roam outdoors 

Rebooted Sonos 1 but showing orange light. Never turns green. Pls help how to set it up.

I have a Sonos Roam speaker. And when I wake they’re up from sleep mode, my airplay stutters. I have to reboot the audio speaker. I tried to transfer from iPhone, Apple TV, MacBook Pro the result is the same. With such lags, the speaker normally plays music from the streams built into the system and Bluetooth.

I installed a sub mini with 2 era 100s. I can’t hear any difference with the sub on or off. I called tech support, they were very polite but and they said everything is connected correctly and working correctly. I have used sub woofers for decades. They sound great…I can’t believe Sonos would put out a product that you can’t tell a difference whether it’s on or not.  I think there’s something wrong.  When the unit initially booted you could hear the sound very distinctly.  I have tried multiple musics types and no difference.  Any suggestions??   

How to play from my Android device to sonos one

Hi  My Sonos ARC has recently started losing connection to my LG TV every time I turn off/on the tv. (LG 65NANO886) To reconnect i have to redo the complete setup process to obtain again sound from HDMI ARC. Have only turn on the CEC feature for the sound bar for the rest of device is disable. Already have the last software update, but still have the same issues. I have run a diagnostic which is 11742033711. Any help is appreciated.Thanks in advance.

I get the beam all hooked up my Sony TV and it works until I play music via the beam, then it gets stuck on music and wont switch to TV without unhooking everything and starting over

I have a Sonos Roam and I am able to connect it to my Windows 11 PC and see that audio is being transmitted to it, however no audio comes out of the speaker. I have tried unpairing and re-pairing, a factory reset, etc… I confirmed that the issue is not the speaker itself, it connects to my Win10 laptop and my Pixel 7 (Android) via bluetooth with no issue. I’m also able to connect my Sony XM5 headphones via bluetooth and a cheap bluetooth speaker to my Win11 PC. I am able to stream audio to the Sonos speaker via the Sonos App but this is clunky and I just want to connect it via BT directly to my computer. I ended up contacting Sonos support who told me it must be a Windows issue so I reached out to Microsoft support and we confirmed the device is detected and the drivers are all setup correctly. Next I tried reaching out to ASUS to check and see if there was a driver update and they pointed me back to Sonos. I got into a remote session with Sonos support and they were unable to figure o

I have Play 3 (x2) and Play 1 working just fine. They access Synology NAS for my music folder. I added a Connect:Amp (ZP120) which feeds 2 outdoor speakers, but it’s access to the music folder is denied. Radio and Spotify work fine, just access to the NAS folders is the problem.I have rebooted the NAS (I have SMB1 and NTLMv1 checked), removed and readded the path to the NAS folders in the S1 app.I tried altering the config file (smb? via SSH and PuTTY) but when I typed in cd/etd/samba it said that the file could not be found.I can play the outside speakers from the NAS file, but I have to group it to either the Play 3 or the Play 1.I cannot figure out if it is the Sonos unit or the NAS.Any ideas?Glenn

Greetings world.  I have an arc.  And just added 2 era 100s and wanted to work them as surround.  They work great by themselves. But when hooked up as surround speakers they sound OK then start this in and out sound (kind of like a speaker stutter). I reset them up as surround 2x. Nothing changed.  Happens with both speakers.  Any ideas? 

Can’t currently get my hands on the adapter that sonos sells separately. Was wondering if anyone has found an alternative. Thanks 

I have two Play 1 speakers I bought several years ago.  I want to add 2 new speakers to the setup.  Can I run all 4 speakers on the app? 

Hi I am having problem to log to my app account with Android,( pixel 7 )  ..I tried all restarted app  and reinstall app restarted my WiFi router and I even disconnected my speaker Symfonik IKEA . I don't have VPN on my phone.  

Hello.When playing radios through TuneIn app, in almost every song, there's a 10s pause and TuneIn commercial is thrown in. Just the voice says: TuneIn, and the song carries away.Any help how to remove it?Thanks.

Hi, I have an old Sonos Connect: Amp that I have a couple of bookshelf speakers connected to. I also have a Sonos Bridge.  Can I somehow play my Apple TV 4K audio through the speakers?  This would have to be over wifi. This Connect: Amp does not have HDMI.If so, can somebody point me to instructions on how to set this up?  I cannot find any information on this.Thanks.Sonny

Hello Sonos Community, I purchased three total Era 300s, two of which I setup as a stereo pair in my living room. I would like to connect the third one to the stereo pair, and set it in a different room, but have it playing the same music as the stereo pair. Is this possible? Or can only two Era 300s connect and play the same music at once? Thank you!

I have a Play 5 Gen 1, dead no Led’s. I have opened the the device and removed the PCB, the  Bridge rectifier, fuse and 2 large cap all tested fine and the caps have an acceptable ESR which appears to be a common problem with other Play 5 posts I have read.  I have no 12 or 24v supply and the SMPS is pulsing and I therefore believe that this my issue, I have also removed and tested both the Mosfet and the Dual Diode but both are fine but did found a direct short on Cap C27850 which I damaged when removing but the short across the pads remains so it not a shorted cap…..does anyone have the values of this cap as I can't measure it now and could you offer any advice regarding this fault?I have 326v at the two large caps C27866 & C27848A Pulsing voltage of 10 - 17v at the 100uf 25v cap C2754 At 2QS02GPin 7 Pulsing voltage od 0 - 6.4vPin 5 Pulsing Voltage of 4.3 - 4.4vRegardsDavid Moderation Edit: Combined two postsI’m attempting to repair my Play 5 Gen one and found the Mosfet TSC08N70

Hi,I have sound system Symfonisk from Ikea and i cant link ot to Alexa. In the Alexa app Sonos does not appear at all in the list of available skills. I have spent hour with customer service from both Amazon and Sonos but nothing seems to be working.They even sent me a link directly to the skill but when I open it, it says that “skill not available due to geographical restrictions” (I am based in Belgium)Can someone please help me!? There must be a way to fix it and frankly I don’t know why it would not be possible in Belgium.I’ll add that already tried changing location to US on the device, Alexa and Amazong account.

Since upgrading to 15.10 getting audio dropouts on playbar+sub+play one surrounds.  This is on tv audio, however it has been dropping in and out when grouping with other devices also, these are far more severe drops where audio will not play for ten seconds then it will join again.  have taken diagnostics of tv audio issues1987513514 also to note, can have the audio issues replicated by pressing volume up or volume down on remote/iOS app 

I have a Sonos Amplifier and was hoping I can connect it to my MacBook Pro and play music from there in the same way one would connect the amp to a turn table, I don’t want to connect with Apple’s airplay because the sound is a little weak and airplay doesn’t take full advantage of the speakers capabilities because of the over the air streaming. I’ve connected my MacBook to the amp but the music not playing. Does anyone know how I can make this work.  Thanks.

Is anyone having an issue getting the Sirius channel listings to display? For a while now I get ‘Something went wrong. Please try again.’ Been that way for a week at least. All S1 apps on all devices are updated and it is still happening, including on Windows and Mac desktop controllers.

Hello All - hoping to get a question asked, and a couple of pieces of advice.I currently have an X2 turnable, with preamp, going into one of a paired up set of Sonos Fives (with a Sonos sub). I have a CD player in the other Five.I’m going to go for a more traditional setup and purchase a couple of Wharfedale Eco 4.2 speakers. I saw a review in which the reviewer was saying he would never do this again because of the delay of sound - for example he drops the needle and the amp doesn’t start the sound until around 1 second later. No I have these options I can choose with the Five in which I can select different levels of delay but, does that feature not exist on the Amp. Are we stuck with a 1 second delay that can’t be changed?Secondly, can I use the Sonos Amp running into Wharfedale Eco 4.2 speakers and still use the Sonos Sub in that “Room” or do I have to run the sub cable independently from the amp?I also would love to hear from anyone running a turntable into a Sonos Amp then into p
