There is suddenly s constant red light on my 2020 Sonos Move. It is totally dead - cannot turn on or anything. What can I do?Constant red light is not described in the user manual

Hi I just bought a Gen 3 sub and sonos arc. Am liking the sound after tuning it yesterday. Curious. I have two in wall surrounds. If I were to get a connect amp gen 1, will this integrate with the sound bar / sub? I hear Connect Amp Gen 1 works on S1 app...I don’t mind that...if it means when playing sounds through my TV the sound bar, surronds and sub work together.  Thanks.

Hello, I used to have my two sonos 1 SL speakers connected to the wifi and now that I moved to a new house I’m trying to connect them to the new wifi and even thoufh the app locates the wifi it can’t connect.

Hi, I have the following setup:USB-C port on a 2020 Apple iMac 27” > Douk Audio USB to TOSLINK Audio Adapter (supporting 44.1K-192KHz/16-24Bit sampling) > Sonos Optical Audio Adapter (Optical to HDMI) > Sonos HDMI Cable > Sonos Beam Gen 2It does work, but the sound quality takes a big hit somewhere in the chain. The sound quality is much better when streaming wirelessly from Spotify versus listening via the above setup (TV Mode on Sonos).Does anyone know why? Is there a solution? Please do not suggest using Airplay. I created the same setup as above with a Bose Smart Soundbar 300 minus the HDMI part since it has built-in TOSLINK input and the sound quality was NOT affected unlike Sonos. 

I can’t do the trueplay of my system. It keep coming out this trueplay problem page. Let me know what should I do. I have Arc+(2)Era 100 and (1)sub.   

I have one Sonos One SL, and one Sonos One speaker. I recently got a bluetooth enabled turntable. Clearly, I would love to use these speakers but they are wifi speakers and not compatible with the turntable. I am looking at the Roam SL. I do see it is bluetooth compatible. I do see I can group it with my other speakers. I understand they would all have to be on the same wifi. But would the Roam SL allow my One SL speakers to play the bluetooth from my turntable? 

I wan to get into vinyl and could use some advice on the best Sonos setup. After some initial research, it looks like a solid starting point would be the Sonos Five paired with a quality turntable.Currently, my setup includes four Sonos One SLs (wall-mounted) — one in the living room corner above the TV, two in the dining room, one in the kitchen — and a Play:1 in the office on a different floor.Here are the options I'm considering: Purchase a new Sonos Five along with a Pro-Ject T1 (potential savings if bought separately rather than direct from Sonos). Explore a second-hand Sonos 5 (gen2) along with a Pro-Ject T1 (or similar) Consider a second-hand Connect paired with a Pro-Ject T1 and continue using my existing One SLs and Play:1 (is this wise or possible) Additionally, I'm thinking about adding a Sonos Beam to mount under the TV (not right away).If not a Sonos Beam, would I be able to use the Five, move it and connect it to the TV on the occasional “movie night”?I'd appreciate y

I’ve got a new sonos Arc that is connected via HDMI/Wifi.  I also have a sonos AMP connected to two ceiling speakers that is connected by Ethernet.  When I play music to the AMP before connecting as surrounds, the speakers work normally.  When I pair the AMP as “surrounds” to my ARC, and try to run true play, I get the “Lost Speaker” one of your speakers couldn’t be heard…” error.   I ran a diagnostic and submitted it - 535901999 But can’t get through to support.  My wireless setup is a ASUS Mesh netowork with Ethernet backhaul to each mesh node.  

Just got my Arc and did a temporary setup last night with it sitting on a box below TV.  Am looking to do a permanent wall mount soon.The Sonos guidelines state pretty clearly (and in multiple locations) that the Arc should be placed/mounted “at least” 4 inches from the bottom of the TV.Why 4 inches?  Is this for thermal reasons?  Or sonic quality reasons? Or something else?  TVs are not CRT any longer so couldn’t be for the old-school image EM disruption reason, LOL. Is it to provide ample space for the upward-firing Atmos speakers?  I’d like to mount the Arc to the wall below the TV, but closer than 4 inches between top of Arc and bottom of TV.  If this is truly a naughty no-no, I will have to move my TV up higher on the wall, which I don’t want to do for viewing purposes, and also because it’s a pain - already mounted in place for years with lag screws and a precisely located cut-out in the wall for cables, etc.The only reason I can think of that would give me pause is if it’s a the

Hi All,I have just gotten a Beam gen 2, and went through the app setup process, and the app just blank not loading anything.the product is working by it self but the app is not working with the systems etc.When I look at my system tab in the app, it’s says my product is ‘not registered’, and then when I click on that and go through the process it says I have to factory reset the product (which I’ve obviously tried already) to no luck. Have tried the following factory reset of Sonos product, reset WiFi uninstalling / updating app new account / setup process for my new product Live chat unfortunately wasn’t helpful Any Help would be appreciated,Cheers 

I just bought a replacement Play:1 for my two-speaker system and it won’t appear in the app.

We seem to have a regular, but not constant, prolem with the alarm not connecting.Instead of radio we get the chime. It seems to happen most but not all mornings.I’ve noticed that if I stop the alarm, with the play/pause button , and then press the play/pause again immediately, the light flashes white 12 times and then flashes orange three times and then the set radio channel will start to play. This behaviour seems consistent.Tried resetting the unit ( a Symfonisk) and that might seem to help for a day or two, then it starts to misbehave again.. I have a Sonos Beam soundbar hooked upp to my Samsung Smart TV.  I would like a use it for various other stereo components with Optical outputs. If the Beam ONLY has ONE optical input, how would I achieve this??

 have a Play 1 in my bathroom, a playbar + amp in my living room, and a pair of One’s in my kitchen.  If I start music via Alexa on the one’s in my kitchen and then go to the app to play that music on the other speakers the song will start over from the beginning and there’s no sound on the playbar. If I go through the app to start music and pair the rooms it works fine. I’ve also noticed recently if they are all grouped and playing and I ask Alexa to adjust the volume it only changes the volume in the kitchen. This all started a few months ago and I’ve struck out with Sonos support. Thought someone on here might have some useful advice. Sonos app is 15.10 Sonos OS S2.

Hi All Having issues, I used to run a beam gen 2 with a sub gen3 and 2x1sls. Trueplay ran fine no issues, I upgraded my beam to an arc yesterday and since upgrading I can no longer run trueplay as I get the error that the room is to loud.  The weird thing is if I remove the sub from the group trueplay works fine, it only doesn't work when the sub is connected. But this was never an issue before installing the arc. I have tried a full hard reset on all devices deleted the app and rebooted my ipad to no avail.  Called support and being told it could be because I have more than one router but I don't see how that's causing this.  Any help would be appreciated 

Having a new issue with my Sonos Roam and I’m hoping someone might be able to shed some light on it or maybe help me figure out what is going on. I bought the Roam purely for it’s ability to serve as a bluetooth bridge to the rest of my system as described here. I have an android phone, AirPlay is not an option, so until the Roam came around I was unable to play audio from my phone/laptop on the rest of my purely wifi Sonos system (described below). This worked perfectly for the last ~8 months but last week it stopped working and I can’t figure out why. Going through the usual steps of pairing to the Roam and then adding the remainder of my system to the group coordinated by the Roam appears successful in the Sonos S2 app (version 15.9), but the sound only plays from the Roam and the rest of the speakers are now silent. Was this feature perhaps disabled by Sonos? Or maybe someone has experienced a similar issue and found a solution?The remainder of my system consists of:One (gen 2) x6

Hello Everyone,I have just built a mother in suite above my garage.  I would like to split my current Sonos system into two separate systems so that guests can listen to music independent of the main house.  Both systems would be using the same WIFI network.  I would like to move over 2 sonos move 2, 2 sonos five, and 1 sonos sub.   1-How do I create a second system on my Android S22utra to control the new and old system separately?2-I am guessing that the speakers being moved from the main house to the mother in law suite need to be reset?3-Will both systems be able to be operated at the same time independently of each other?4-I have EERO pro WIFI.  Thanks for any help.  Please dumb it down so that I can actually be successful in following your instructions!

Once set up on WiFi at home, can Era 100s be used with Bluetooth only away from home?  I’d like to take to a child’s party location where there is no WiFi accessible.Can two still be paired or does that rely on them communicating over WiFi? Thanks

I think this issue has been raised before but I have not seen any reliable answers so I will try againFor quite some time now (2 or 3 years, maybe longer?) the Sonos Update Music Library Now function does not update the new songs I have added to existing Apple Music playlists on my MacBook (so music is stored locally on my MacBook Hard Drive and this is the library I use for Sonos) For example.  I have a playlist in my Apple Music app on my MacBook called Good Music with 100 songs.  I can access it in Sonos via Music Library > Imported Playlists and play the songs.  If I add a new song to it in Apple Music…the playlist now has 101 songs.  But if I run the Update Music Library Now function after Sonos is finished indexing the Good Music imported playlist still only has 100 songs.I have gotten around this problem by every so often creating a new playlist with a date...e.g. Good Music 2023-04-03.  Then, when I run Update Music Library Now Sonos finds this new playlist with 101 songs. 

I bought an ‘immersive set’ through a black Friday deal and I am delighted with my beam sound bar & mini-sub. However I haven’t opened the Era100s yet as surrounds as i thought I would try my old gen 2 Play:1s first.  I didn’t know these could be used until after ordering - bad research!it seems the surround set up leaves the Era 100s rather ‘dumb’ - and the sound quality improvements over the play’s just isn’t material in this arrangement.  Would folks agree? It seems like a waste.  I’m tempted to pass on the Era’s.

Hi,I have added a couple of One SL to my Beam Gen 2 to complement the surround system, whenever I try to play any movie or media trough any streaming service the quality sound available is not the optimal or the highest available, i.e. HBO Max has Atmos but the most that I'm able to get is 5.1, Disney offers 5.1 but I'm only getting Stereo; Beam is connected via HDMI eARC on a Sony TV KD-65X75K (I'm aware that does not has Atmos, but prior to adding the One SL I was able to get Atmos). Thanks.

Can I use the Sub without the Arc (ordered both but only sub has come and I’m impatient).  In other words, can the sub add bass to the projector speakers without having the Arc installed.

I have read lots and lots of posts on this but many of them are old posts.  I have tried many things but still no luck.  I have my sonos boost wired to a port on my ubiguiti switch which is setup to use a separate VLAN than the rest of my network.  All my speakers are connected to the boost wireless through the Sonosnet.  After two very frustrating days of trying to get all the sonos stuff moved to the new VLAN, I finally called support.  The guy right away had me uncheck Multicast Enhancement and Multicast and Broadcast Control.  That seemed to work to get the speakers setup on the sonosnet with the boost and be visable from my iphone when on the same wireless network as the speakers.  However, if I am not on the same wireless network, the Sonos app cannot see the sonos system.  I have tried entering Firewall rules for various ports from all the threads that I have read but still nothing.  I am wondering if I have the Firewall rules setup correctly.  I am fairly new with unifi, so sti
