I am experiencing a short battery life with new Move 2. I get roughly 6 hours between charges.  Using halo charger that came with the unit. Any suggestions as to what I could be doing wrong?

Hi, as at dec 2023, what are the generations/models/versions of the amp? I want to buy a new amp but want to make sure it’s the latest one, so are we on gen 2 or gen 3 etc? thanks

I just recently bought a Beam Gen 2 and paired it with some One SLs for a 5.0 surround setup. I notice that when I play stereo PCM content from my TV, such as an average YouTube video, it seems to send part of that to the surround speakers with all kinds of gnarly artifacts. To my ears, it sounds like a combination of low bits-per-sample causing quantization error, as well as heavy compression causing a sharp loss in quality. Is there a way to either force it to output full quality stereo to the surrounds, or automatically disable them when playing stereo content only? Buying an ERA 100 - will I be able to pair it with my existing Sonos ONE SL in a different room? We already have an Apple music subscription and presume we won’t need to take a second subscription when buying this speaker

Hi, I would like to know if the sonos app allows me to route the signal send in line in to the line out with the delay indeed by Sonos ? To use it on my analog system syncronised with my Sonos One SL.Signal delayed on the analog system and processed on the Sonos SL = Syncro.

So, i’ve read most of the threads regarding the One SL and how it’s “now” an S2 app only device. I can also see the old(er) threads where it “use to be” an S1 app **OR** S2 app device……Question is….what’s stopping it from being added to S1?? Firmware?? or the app itself??Asking because i already have a One SL on the S1 app from a few years ago (along with ZP100’s, ZP80’s & S5’s from many years ago!!).I realise if I buy a new One SL then it won’t add to the S1 app and I’ll need to setup a different account and run the new One SL on it’s own...BUT…..what if i purchase a 2nd hand/used One SL where the existing owner is ALREADY using it on the S1 app??? They remove it from their S1 system and sell it to me and I then add it to my S1 system - would that work??? Anyone tried this?? Many thanks.

Hey all so I’m currently running a Sonos player with 2 Sonos one speakers and the sub. I have a Samsung QA75Q60 tv. I’ve had my tv and system set up for years no issue. Recently I moved and reset it all up but I also got foxtel, it worked no real big issues at the start, but now it’s like the IR isn’t working anymore I’ve tried resetting the remot several times it’ll work then stop again. My couch is only about 3.5m away from the set up so I can see why it’s stopped working.

I posted a while back about my Arc cutting out for about a second periodically. Research suggests my Samsung Q80T might be the culprit.In the last week or so the odd second has become a much more frequent 4 to 6 seconds.Time to call it in I think. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi,I have a Beam 2 soundbar connected to my TV via HDMI eARC and Symfonisk surround speakers. I also have a classic 2.1 setup with a Marantz PM7000N receiver in the same room. I would like to connect these two systems so that they play simultaneously (music streaming, TV playback) and can be controlled simultaneously, e.g. using the TV remote control.Will this allow me to Sonos Port the device without delay using grouping and how would the grouping behave when playing Dolby Atmos? I am mainly interested in supporting the bass component during playback, which is missing in the Sonos system.

I’ve done quite a lot of research on this to try and find a workaround, but I keep hitting roadblocks. Can anyone help please?I have a Playbar and Play:3 - both are working great and successfully connected to my Google HomeA while back, I used to be able to ask Google to “play radio 1” on Sonos and it would work. Since BBC moved away from TuneIn to BBC Sounds, this no longer works.I have connected BBC Sounds to Sonos (I can successfully play Radio 1 by using the Sonos app), but when I ask Google to “play radio 1” I get nothing or a random station on my Sonos.I used IFTTT to create an applet using the BBC Sounds streaming link as the source but Sonos won’t recognise the link and throws an error “unable to play...” Is there is a Sonos friendly URL for Radio 1?My want is to be able to ask Google to “play radio 1 everywhere” and BBC Radio 1 plays on all my Sonos devices but from what I’ve seen\read it seems like this is impossible. Can anyone help to explain why the volume for our Sonos system constantly changes? Sometimes when watching movies on foxtel 20 will be very loud, then on other occasions watching the same movie on foxtel we have to turn the volume up to 40 just to hear it properly.  It’s the same in other streaming services like Prime. Sometimes having the volume 12 is plenty then other times watching the same TV on Prime we have to turn it right up again.  I also find that when people are talking on the TV it’s soft and it’s hard to hear but when there’s music or action scene it’s extremely loud, we are always having to turn the volume up and down. 

My LG tv remote has just stopped being able to control my Sonos volume. I have tried setting up again through settings as advised through other posts. Have tried the Device Connect wizard too however Sonos doesn’t come up as a manufacturer to select. Have tried delinking and have tried setting up as a new remote. Signal goes to Playbar when tv is off (as light goes on) however doesn’t seem to register when tv is on. I just get a circle with a diagonal line through it when I press volume up or down or mute. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Has anyone returned a duplicate order before? I placed a 2nd order because I missed out on a cash back opportunity. Probably a dumb question but if the orders are the same exact set does it matter which one I send back? I’m guess yes because of serial numbers.  🤔

Good morning.I have an amp that I connect my cell phone to.If I listen to Spotify (having a subscription) on my mobile phone I don't have any type of advertising that interrupts my listening.instead if I connect it to the amp advertising takes place.does anyone know why?Thank you

my living room setup: TCL TV w/ROKU OS w/hdmi(arc) + Sonos Amp + 2 external non-Sonos speakerseverything working, cool. one weird phenomenon i’ve noticed: If I’m listening to music via the Sonos app and I set the TCL ROKU TV Digital output format setting to Passthrough or Stereo, then click around on the TV, the audio quickly returns to the TV (at the volume it was previously). Fine. Good.If I’m listening to music via the Sonos app and I set the TCL ROKU TV Digital output format setting to Auto, then click around on the TV, the audio does NOT return to the TV whatsoever and i get a pop-up on the Sonos App asking whether I want to send the Sonos app music to the external speakers or have the TV audio go to the speakers. Okay. Cool. I can then send the audio back to the TV by unselecting that particular room audio (the living room) in the Sonos app, but the TV volume does NOT then immediately go back to the volume it was previously. It’s at 0. In Google Home I currently play different music each day via amp as part of my morning Google home routine.  Daily routines have a custom command "play chillout music on bar", which plays on Monday for exanple   It works but messy to maintain multiple routines. I'm currently attmpting to shift my music routines to Google script.  I can play music to a nest speaker via script but when attempting to play on amp there are limited functions available, stop/start etc.  There doesn't appear to be away to tell sonos which music to play like you can with a nest speaker. Has anyone successful been able to tell sonos which music to play via script?  Current Script:metadata:name: Play music on bardescription: Play music on barautomations:- starters:- type: assistant.event.OkGoogleeventData: queryis: Play Christmas music on the baractions:- type: assistant.command.OkGoogledevices:#sonos amp name. Morning all, probably a very silly question but here we go.I have the arcana, sonos arc with one’s and a sub. Yet the only atmos I have ever seen is on Amazon prime with jack ryan, I’ve tried Netflix (top subscription) Disney plus etc but no atmosany ideas?cheersjon 

I have AT&T fiber and has worked flawlessly. Recently, last couple of days I’ve had WiFi drops. Tech came out this morning and changes a wire outside . Nothing else was changed. I have the same modem router and same password as before. Everything in the house is connected to WiFi and working. Two rooms  with Arc, sub, and ones are working. However , app says Sonos not found and has to be on the same network as devices.  Only thing I see different is iPad has this privacy warning on the WiFi (see pic) but iPhone does not..Again , same everything as before. Pics show what I’m experiencing . Ideas?  

Another 12 months has passed and still no sign of access to Radio HD in Australia!@Sonos, when are you going to make this available downunder?

I had my SONOS playbar,  Sub and. PlayOne system fully connected and. working with my previous 65. inch HD TV.  I just bought a new LG 77 inch OLED, connected with the same Optical cable and. My room on App does. not recognize a TV input like before.  Sound on TV speakers work fine,but cannot get sound to come. through my SONOS.  They system accepts all other media types, just not the TV.  I have a cable box and wi-fi…and the only think I changed was the TV.   Turned everything off and unplugged for. two minutes.  nothing working.

My new Sonos Beam with the mini Sonos sub and two Sonos SL’s has been randomly and quickly increasing to max volume?  Have a similar set up in another room with the Arc but have never experienced this issue. Not sure how to go about troubleshooting this issue as it seems to me that’s it’s an internal issue, nothing I’ve done. Any thoughts?

Hi, I’ve got a Sonos roam that was all working fine. Yesterday I set up new tv and Beam (which is great!) but the Beam set up seems to have taken over the app. Now I can’t add the roam to the app.  it never finds the roam when I click to add product.  any ideas on how to fix it please?thanks.
