I know this has been asked a lot of times before but I can't seem to find a fix.

All seem to be disconnecting at random intervals and it's becoming quite frustrating.

Any fix that will actually work?

Can you provide some more detail about what you mean by 'disconnecting'?


Just says not connected, I believe it's a WiFi issue as I have a BT router but not sure how to solve it.


Is the Beam close enough to the router where you could wire it to the router with an ethernet cable?

It may be best to get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
