Brand new to Sonos. I have the arc sub and two ones as rears. Music starts playing randomly. Once waking us up at 4am.

Do you have any alarms set in the Sonos app? Do you have any pets? What music streaming services do you use?

Those of us in this community have no way of accessing your diagnostic, either. You would need to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
