Hey guys, just wondering if anyone knew of a solution… Up until this morning, when attempting to play Spatial audio tracks via the Sonos app, it showed the Dolby Atmos logo and sounded pretty amazing through the Arc, two surrounds and the sub but now it’s no longer showing the logo.  I’ve tried toggling on / off the spatial audio setting and re installing the app but no luck… any idea? Cheers Steve

I have multiple Sonos speakers that I own. I have several that I keep at one home and another group I have at my second home.   All are set up for Wi-Fi, and both homes have the same Wi-Fi name. when I go to apply updates when at a location, Sonos tries to locate speakers at my second home. And the drops them from the app when it can’t find them.  when I go to my second home, I always have trouble getting my Move and Roam to get discovers again.  mid there a way to define multiple Systems in the app and associate/assign speakers to that locations System?    

 I've been using Sonos products for a while, and I must admit, the iPhone app and recent speaker syncing issues are quite disappointing. This is meant to be a high-end product, yet I can't even get the system recognized on the app, even after resetting everything. And the endless "Not connected" desktop app messages are baffling, as my router has been in the same location for the past 3 years. Could someone assist me with this? I currently have a playbar and 2 Play:1’s that make up my general media setup. I am buying the EPSON LS11000.  My goal is to go from Xbox Series X to AV Receiver, then from AV receiver to Sonos and projector.  Currently I don’t have the AV receiver. I’d prefer to spend under 2k on any new components (av receiver, port, etc) Can someone tell me the cleanest setup to accomplish the above?  TIA

The music service is Spotify Premium.I'm deploying a new Sonos Amp to a different region (different time zone from the one above). With this Sonos Amp, I want to control it through the App on the user's Phone.Can I use the same Sonos account for both Users in each Time zone to use it together? (Of course each side will control its own Amp)If not, please suggest me other solutions,Best regards.

Without fail every time I ask Sonos voice control (MOVE speakers in stereo) what is playing when listening to Impulse Records Radio, immediately after telling me, it switches the radio station. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Can I pair ERA 300 with 2 Sonos SL

My Sonos One has been working for months correctly until a few weeks ago. Google Assistant works fine for everything I ask (timers, start playing, what time is it, ...) EXCEPT pausing music it’s playingI thought it would be fixed via this topic , but alas, still the same.MUsic is on my Synology NAS, it plays just fine but I can’t pause it!I’ve already readded the Google Assistant, shut down NAS, shut down One, didn’t help.  

Sonos app don't find the tcl 65c825 remote, can not par it. I can only use the remote when I have the hdmi connected at an arc port. And the TV most be on, use an app.If I turn off the TV can't use the controller or use the sonos with mine pc /mobile, the TV controller does not work.Can someone help me please. Hi allI’m having issues connecting my remote to the Sonos Ray. Setup:TV : Medion (https://aldi.medion.com/md31196/be_nl/?refPage=aldi)Ray is connected via Optical cable, but works fineTV setting are set to activate CECRemote : When holding my hand in front of the remote it does not work (on my tv etc) as such it should be an IR remote. What’s happening:When I go through the setup procedure and I click the plus button on my remote the light blinks on the Sonos Ray, as such it is my impression that it does receive or see the remote.However it keeps saying it’s unable to recognize the remote. Any tips I can try?

Hiwhen I try to pair my switch to the move via Bluetooth I get an error message. The device is found but the connection is denied each time. I read on reddit other users having the same issue. Do you confirm that ? Does anyone have a solution for this?

I’m not particularly tech savvy so apologies in advance for any confusion on my part.  I have a Netgear Orbi router with two different RBS50 satellites in my home, as well as several Sonos speakers throughout the house and a connect AMP that is wired to outdoor speakers on my back patio.  I recently set up an Orbi outdoor satellite to enhance my wifi signal outside.  At first, everything worked swimmingly and I had no issues connecting to my Sonos system while outside. However, I recently had to restart my modem + router, and ever since then the Sonos app cannot detect my system when I am outside.  I am still getting perfect wifi signal (which I assume is due to the outdoor satellite I added) but for whatever reason my Sonos system cannot be found.  Or, on occasion, it finds a couple of the indoor speakers but cannot find others, including the Connect AMP (which is particularly frustrating because that is what powers my outdoor speakers, as I noted above).  Any help in getting this iss

I am loving using the new Sonos Voice Control version 1.1 features particularly when a song is playing on a live radio Stream such as Apple Music 1 and you can say something like : “Hey Sonos, play a station by this artist” or “Hey Sonos, play a playlist by this artist.” You can also say, “Hey Sonos, play more songs by this band/artist.” I notice that using Sonos Voice Control if a song is playing you can say “play more like this” and it will play one or two further similar songs - perhaps a feature which will be further developed later on - as I would like the stream to play more than one or two similar songs. I also see the ability in the Sonos App to start a station manually based on/from an individually selected a song. I have 2 sonos One, the have to play in 2 different offices - but as 2 mono devices.because if I put them in stereo mode, when turning up the volume on one device automatically turns up the volume on the other.therefore I need them to be 2 seperate units - but playing the same playlist..how is that possible ?

Trying to install Amp on my app App sees the Amp, starts installation and asks for 8 digit code. It then tells you to push the green lit join button. However the join button is not lit  Stuck. Suggestions??

Hi all,My house currently have a pair of ceiling speakers above my sitting area across the TV location, so it got me thinking what the best Sonos home theater set up to buy.Arc, Sub and 2x Era 300. This is the latest recommendation from Sonos, but it won’t use the speaker that’s already in place which seems to be a waste, and I wonder if the overhead sound by reflection would be as good as actual ceiling speaker. It also sucks that I can’t add an Amp since it exceeds the maximum number of speaker in a Sonos set up Arc and Sub, then add 1x Amp for ceiling speakers, and install 2x in-wall speaker paired with 1x Amp. Does this provide Atmos rendering? I don’t see in any documentation on whether this is more than what the Sonos system support. Would this be better than Option 1?Thanks for the feedback!

If someone could help me with some tips I would be very appreciative…. my wife will think I’m a savior! I just purchased a home with a projector setup in my living room. There is an Epsom projector which has an audio out line into a Connect which is using WIFI (smaller version), for video the projector is using an Apple Tv. Whenever we use the TV we repeatedly have to repair the Connect into the projector and the Connect Amp in my media closet. Anytime we start watching, pause a show, move between streaming services, or if the Apple TV goes into sleep mode. Both devices are always connected in the app, we just have to repair them constantly! Any tips?

Hello everyone,My installation is composed of:2X play bar2X SUB2X Play 33X One1X One SLall speakers are connected to an ethernet cable except 1X ONEsince a few days the music did not stop cutting then it is my complete network of the house which did not function any more.At first I tried to reset my wifi antennas but nothing worked.However I unplugged the cable that goes to my netgear where all the sound systems are connected and the network works.I test 1 by 1 which speakers are the problem and I discover that my playbar and my sub in the living room drop the network as soon as it is plugged in.Strange that it's two devices that do this .So I reset the two elements the addition goes very well everything works wireless but as soon as I plug the ethernet cable no network anywhere.I test my cable with a pc and they work perfectly.I don't know what to do anymoreIt seems like a conflict of ip when I plug them in.I'm not sure what to do, but I'm sure I can help.Translated with www.DeepL.com

Hi all…I’m having a problem with the sound output on my Arc and 2 x Sonos 1 rears. I’ve done the basics right - e arc connection on TV and ‘Auto’ on the sound settings on the TV, but sometimes, say, through the native Netflix app for instance, a film that states Atmos will state “Dolby Multichannel 2.0 PCM on the Sonos app. It doesn’t always happen, so I know my set-up is ok. Is this Netflix not showing the correct sound output?Thanks in advance.

Using teo iphones to control my sonos play 3. Other one working well but the other on not. When trying to add spotify to service then get announcement that network is not working even my phone is connected to network and can control forex. Radio stations in sonos.
