Hi, I can only connect my Sonos five using Ethernet cable, wireless connection does not work and has not worked since I bought it. Tried to unplug and run diagnostics without success. What can I do to fix this problem?

Run the diagnostics while wired, and call in to Sonos. 

The ‘radio/wifi’ hasn’t accidentally been turned off in the controller, has it?

As @Airgetlam says, check wifi isn’t turned off. If it is enabled, it suggests a faulty unit; why did you not return it as faulty when you bought it and discovered the fault?
