new router, cannot find my system

Hey guys, 

Just update the fiber internet and have a New rooter.

I follow every step Sonos Tell me to Do to set Up m'y system

I reboot all my Sonos product, i reboot m'y wifi, i split 2.4 and 5 Ghz with different name and IT still doesnt work

Any advise?

Did you read the linked FAQ? It isn’t normally hard at all, there must be some missteps happening. I’d recommend that you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

Connect a single Sonos device to your router with an Ethernet cable, wait 5 minutes, then open your controller and change the network data stored on your speakers.
