My Beam used to be connected to Alexa. I am trying to restore this functionality but now neither Sonos iOS app can find my Beam. I’ve done everything to try and just get the device recognized, but no luck. Is it possible to reset my Beam back to factory settings? Or is there another solution to my problem?

 

Don’t reset the Beam. Unplug the Beam from power for a couple of minutes and reboot your router and phone.


I did reset it before I saw your message and it solved the problem.  Thanks for responding.
