Hi, I have a Play:3 and 3 x Play:1, originally connected via wifi but we have recently changed our router and ISP. Initially, we would get repeated internet dropouts but there was still a wifi signal present. By a process of elimination, we figured that the Sonos was causing the internet dropouts so I connected a single Play: 1 via ethernet then turned the power back on to the others. For a while this was ok but quickly we lost internet connections again whilst still maintaining a detectable wireless signal. Can someone please point to some help somewhere with a simple to follow set of instructions as to how I can solve this as at the moment, I have several hundred pounds worth of Sonos that is useless to me.Thanks.

Have a case number - ******** - Had to bail after an hour of running through what I’d said and done ten times… Opened my iPhone app on Monday to play tunes. It forced a software update. When the update finished my library vanished. Updated on my Win10 PC. Same result. NAS is a Buffalo LS441D. No issues until this point. Have rebooted the NAS, router, etc. etc. etc. Same result; library tries to build but dies about five minutes into the process. “Music Files Not Available” error. Horsecrap: The NAS is happy and up and has had zero config/update changes in the last six months. On the initial hour long call, tried the turn SMB on/off on the NAS. No joy. NAS share permissions are set R/W across the drive and Sonos login credentials are for the admin level. Hoping somebody at Tier II level reads this and can assist, else I’ve got two Fives, a Connect, and two Roams that just became worthless bricks. Moderator Note: Removed case number

My samsung phone and the Sonos system is on the same network but won't connect. A router restart will fix i but only until the next day / or if i leave and come back. Once i restart the router everything i fine, but only temporary. Ant good Ideas? Is it the phone or.router?

Just purchased a Sonos Arc and have downloaded the Sonos app. Using version 15.4TruePlay is not listed under sound options. Where do I find it?

I'm so disappointed with Sonos system right now.  We've spent a lot of money 💰💰💰💰 on our system.  Just had to throw that out first.  The problem we've been having for quite a while now is a connection problem.  Seems like this was not an issue until a couple years ago.  If we have one speaker running the system performs well.  If multiple speakers are running the system cuts out.  It's not a network problem.  It's a Sonos problem.  I've just about given up on the system 

I recently bought and set up both a Beam Gen 2 and Sub Mini. The Beam was set up fine and works brilliantly, however having set up the Sub Mini an hour or so later, it connected fine (although both products seemed to have issues with the NFC identification during set up - first time was fine on Sub Mini, but second time had issues). However, the Sub Mini, whilst set up went ok, has the white light on, but doesn’t make any sound (having tried with the TV and by casting music with heavy bass to the Beam).I’ve checked on my Google Wifi app and only the Beam seems to show as connected to the network. This is pretty disappointed after having decided to invest in Sonos over other home cinema systems.

Hi ,i saw similar issue on the forum but was not able to fix it.i try to Connect from deezer on sonos era 100 through airplay i have a windows to enter my airplay pssword but i do not have. Same issue from youtube. I already tried to reinstall from scratch but did not work. ( iPhone and sonos softwares are up to date) i have no Apple TV. Sonos not visible in home application.  how to fix it?except that very nice product ;) thanks alexandre   

We have three sets of wired speakers - 2 sets outdoors and one set inside.  They are connected to our Sonos system using Connect with an old Denon receiver.  We would like to replace the receiver or use another option recommended.  We only play music and would like to be able to control the volume on the wired speakers separately by set.  Can anyone recommend a receiver or if we should use the Amp with a second Connect?  Thank you!

In my home office, I have 2 Rays. One is attached to my Gaming/Entertainment PC and this Ray is paired with 2 Ones and a Sub. Sounds great. I attached my second Ray to my work laptop so that I have better sound during zoom conferences. This works very well with the addition of an analog-to-digital converter between my headphone out and Ray. So both Rays work well. Here is my question: Is there any way to connect my work laptop Ray to the Ones and Sub in the same office? 

My system repeatedly keeps rebooting every few minutes. I changed/upgraded routers, re connected the system/all speakers and a connect, and the problem remains. How do I stop the system from repeatedly rebooting?

Hello! I moved into a new house that has passive  speakers already installed: front left/right, back left/right. I’m trying to determine how I could use them with my existing Beam. From my research it seems like my options might beBuy a Sonos Amp for passive speakers and set up passive speakers as surround for Beam (I think only 2 passive speakers can be used because Beam is already a 2.1 device?) Buy a receiver and Sonos Port for passive speakers (I’m not sure if this would allow for surround sound with Beam?) Don’t use passive speakers and just use Beam.Thanks for any advice!

I am considering buying a few Move speakers to use both indoors and outdoors depending on how I am entertaining. The idea is to put one Move for background music in each of the kitchen, dining room, and study. Then, if I want to entertain in the backyard, I’ll place all three Moves outdoors. (I have a large backyard, so three Moves will not be overkill.) I do not plan on creating stereo pairs inside or out. My backyard has strong WiFi coverage. Will I run into any issues (e.g. audio syncing) if the Moves are not assigned to the same room when using together outside within the same area? I know I can group rooms to make controlling them easier. I am asking about audio quality. I expect it will be fine, but wanted to check. 

Hello,I have had a Connect for about 4 years and it has allowed me to play my Sonos sound through my old Hi-Fi speakers without issue..However, recently a lag in the sound from the HiFi speakers and the rest of my Sonos speakers has occurred, which makes it unlistenable. All my software updates are done. Is this a known issue and is there a fix please?Thanks, Paul    

Hi All, Have had a Sonos home theatre for roughly 5 years now. Recently over the last month I have noticed the sound jumping volume when watching/streaming TV. Every so often it will jump from what seems like a quieter muddier sound to a higher volume clearer sound. I appreciate that there are other apps and the hardware controls where people can inadvertently adjust the volume without realising, but this isn’t the case. It will spike up and down over the course of an hour the exact same amount.

Same room, same wifi signal. Roam is working perfect, Play 1 inestable signal, why?4 months working perfect but one week ago play1 started loosint signal. No changes in the wifi system, same location. I work with roam in the same place of Play1, any issue. This is crazy

I have a Sonos Arc, since almost 2 moths now. Since a week (maybe since update to 15.4?), our Sonos Arc’s status LED is flashing orange and it is making a popping/clicking sound (in accord with the LED flashing) from the right speaker, every time before it commences to play audio (e.g. from TV, stream via Spotify (Sonos or Spotify app) or Airplay.I performed a factory reset, but this didn’t help.

Recently my phone library disappeared off sonos app. I can't get it back.

I need 5 channel INDEPENDENT mono Sonos 300 speakers that accept the line source input WITHOUT mixing or cross communication of the 4 or 5 Sonos speakers……..as if being fed discretely from 5 channel Dolby. Can this be done. Also I need each Sonos 300 speaker to not operate in stereo mode with Left/ Right coming from each side. It needs to output from each side. In other words can the sonos 300 operate as separate conventional active speakers?

We have found the base volume level keeps changing.This is both from TV and Spotify 

I just moved my router and Sonos bridge to the other end of the house, we have a wifi point near the Sonos speakers but the right hand speaker is a long way from the bridge. The right hand speaker doesn’t seem to want to connect to the system. When I try and connect a new device it says there are none, the app has the left speaker plus ? in the Sonos room which had both. There is a beam next to the right hand speaker working fine. Can you reset everything somehow? The app on my iPad may have updated also, is this the cause of the problem? It was all working before my modem was moved,any ideas? 

I am trying to connect an amp, ray, and a sub mini all in the same room wirelessly, but every time I connect the ray or amp, it just makes a new room, but I want it all to be all connected. Any help?

I think this may be a common problem..  but..  I can’t get any light to go on at all.. the Roam was working fine until a couple of days ago.. although the power button has always been a bit hit and miss..  I only use it through bluetooth on my phone ipad as I am living abroad. It has not been used for approx 36 hours.. and this morning I found it dead and unresponsive.  I tried the holding down power for 12 to 30 seconds..  this did nothing.. I did notice that I had a brief orange flight flashing on the base..  I had been using a regular USBC cable..  which i’d never had a problem with for 18 months.. but I have reverted to the original cable.. I called technical support.. after 45 minutes on hold etc..  the technician’s diagnosis.. I think there is a problem with your roam..   this did make me laugh..  anyway..   I am going to leave it charging for a few hours with the original cable.. to see if this has any impact..  any advice very welcome.Thank you

I have a Beam with two Sonos 1.  When connecting I get the Beam plus one of the Sonos 1 units.  When I try to connect the other Sonus 1 I get a flashing green light but not flashing green and white.  Have tried turning off power and router but the system does not connect the second Sonos 1 unit.Any ideas?

It had been working flawlessly until roughly 2 weeks ago. I can access Sonos website on my laptop using my ID and Password. So no issue with either of those. On my phone app – it will find the system and allow me to only stream Sonos radio stations throughout my various rooms. I cannot access my Apple Music playslists or Sirius/XM I have not changed my router or eero mesh system I have unplugged the router, all eero stations, and the Sonos system (amps etc.) and replugged them in I have removed and reinstalled the Sonos app several times I have checked the settings on the iphone to ensure that Bluetooth, WiFi, Local Network, Background App refresh and Cellular Data are all on. Every time I attempt to sign in with username and password so I can access I get the same 3 screens: SCREEN1 – “Let’s Try that Again – Something went wrong.
