Hi , we have a beam and two sonos ones.  All have been working for months with our tv sky box and playing music through Spotify , but for some reason they have dropped off the Internet and won't recognise and connect anymore .  We've turned the router and the sonos products on and off several times but to no avail. Any ideas and help.much appreciated.

Unfortunately, there just isn’t enough information to give you a ‘great’ suggestion, so I’ll go with merely a ‘good’ one to start with.

For now, try wiring one of your Sonos speakers directly to your router with an Ethernet cable.

I’d recommend in the long run that you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.

Oh, and for that matter, after re-reading your post, the speaker you need to temporarily wire is the Beam, and not either of the two surround speakers that I think are set up.
