I have OMADA network (tp-link) , I have 3 products

those one who connect with 2.4G always keep disconnect from SONOS app. I always have to reconnect via router app. to let them show again in SONOS app.

They never disconnect from network. 

ANYONE plese help me to solve this?

Not sure I really understand the situation. I suspect your best opportunity is to reproduce this issue, and within 10 minutes of you reconnecting, submit a system diagnostic , and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
