Getting this error code, have tried troubleshooting as indicated, but still not able to update

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

There was an issue with speakers whose software was slightly more out of date than usual getting their updates properly, but as of this morning I am informed that it has been resolved.

Please reboot your speaker (hold the power button for about 4-5 seconds until you hear the descending chimes, then press it once more to turn the speaker back on) and try updating once more and it should go smoothly this time. If it does not, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

Edit: if an update fails again, please perform a factory reset and attempt once more.
