initially i bought 7.1.2 Sonos system and now i am upgrading to 7.1.4 (era 300) , should i sale Sonos one rear speakers or there is a probability that in future will be able to use them with 7.1.4.?

You can only add two surround speakers to a Sonos home theater setup, and this probably isn’t going to change anytime soon. So it’s safe to sell your Ones or just move them to another room.
