im adding a port to existing system, my app see it and begins the add process, I enter the port pin and the blue join light never starts blinking and even pushing it anyway doesn't allow the process to move forward

I recently subscribed to a lesser-known music service called "HarmonyTunes," but I'm facing difficulties adding it to my Sonos app for playback through my speakers.Issue Details: Service Recognition: Despite HarmonyTunes being a relatively new music service, it claims to be compatible with Sonos systems. System requires sonos bridge to be tethered to router. When it was unplugged & then plugged back, app can no longer detect my system (4 play 5s, sub, 2 connects for traditional systems). 

I recently upgraded my Comcast router.  Sonos no longer works.  Sonos app says I need to split my router signal.  Question.  Is this need to split particular to older models or is it an issue for all products?  Also, does splitting my signal slow or weaken my WiFi, in general?

Beam Gen 2 has to be restarted every time we want sound from our brand new Samsung TV. Will not appear in list of sound sources on TV. Connection is via HDMI eARC. If we power off Beam and restart it does appear. Why? Why? Why?

sonos engineering. i have been installing your stuff for 8 yearsi started installing sonos arcs when they first releasedi mainly connect them to samsung as they WERE the most behaved. the last 6 months. i am more and morerunning in to this scenario:sonos arc connected to a samsung Q90C and onesource( like directv or a hdmi switch connected to several sources. arc sets up fine when its the only source plugged inas soon as the other media source (s) is connected sonos arc drops - no sound.tv goes to tv speakersa year a ago i didn’t see this issue at all.  now i am running into it more often. reading the thread. apprentlyit happening to many. i understand the issue has to do with CEC. but why now?  as i didnt see this before.maybe the cec specs for on the tvs have changed?wonder if anyone in engineering is following and asking if there is any serious effort underway to resolve.having to add a cec-less adaptor to every source plugged into the tv or having to use optical, is am alternative,

Is there a remote that is compatible with the Beam Gen2 instead of using the app?  

I have a new  TCL 65MQLED80 2023  and Sonos Arc. I was able to connect the Arc to the TV using the HDMI arc port. However, I am not able to pair the remote. It is a IR remote. I have tried to add it using the Sonos app, but I get the message that no signal from remote control is found. How can I pair the remote control?  

How many speakers can a Sonos Arc setup support? I currently own the Sonos Premium Immersive Set with Arc. This comes with the Arc, two era 100s, and the subwoofer. However, I plan on upgrading the rear era 100 satellites to era 300s eventually. I also may want to add another subwoofer.How many speakers does the Sonos system support? Do I have to "replace" the era 100 satellites? Will they work along side the Era 300s, a Sonos Arc, and 2 sub woofers?

Sound cutting out for a split second.  ARC w/amp, sub and surrounds.   New 80 inch Samsung.  Unplugging the Arc and plugging back in fixed it for about a week and then it’s back.  Don’t want to keep doing that. Any updates form Sonos? Or fixes?   

Hello Sonos Community!I am having an issue where my Amp (and through it, my DALI wired speakers and 2 One SL satellite speakers) only seems to be connecting to and playing with my AppleTV, but is not showing up in the Sonos app. My separate Era 100s work fine and show in the Sonos app. My setup: Sonos Amp with wired (non-Sonos) speakers 2 x One SL satellite (which were and are connected via wifi to the amp, working fine) Apple TV → Samsung TV → ARC to Sonos AmpI set up and had these all working fine via/in the Sonos app. What I’m lately experiencing: I can still see my amp in the Airplay options, but it fails to connect. (I can connect to my Era 100s with no issue at all.) I do not see the Amp or the One SL satellites in the Sonos app, although I used to. They still work wirelessly in surround sound together, so I know they are online.  If I play TV or audio via my Apple TV, it works perfectly (including the One SL satellites), including Dolby surround. Hi,I’ve got the following SONOS speakers at home:1x Play:3 (ethernet)2x Play:1 (paired) (wireless)1x Beam Gen 1 (ethernet)1x Roam (wireless)These are all on static leases on my router. I’ve noticed that recently the Play:3 drops sound periodically, I usually have this paird with the Play:1s and this also drops sound when paired. When I tried to factory reset the Play:3 or unplug it I find that it takes a bit of effort to get it back into the system. Any thoughts on whether this might be a sign that it has developed a fault? I initially had it wireless and had these issues so I figured I would try it via ethernet but am now finding that this too is seeing the same issues. The problems seem to resolve themselves for a while if I power cycle the speaker.Am I right in thinking that the speakers are running their own mesh network? I have a Unifi access point but only see the Beam on there, maybe it’s too far away from the other speakers. Any ideas? Do I need to replace the Play:3? Thanks 

My port can't get power. I've tried several different power cords and the port fails to light up. Any ideas on the source of the problem?

I have a Sonos ARC connected to a Sony Bravia and use a satellite box. Randomly when I switch on the TV there is no sound. I have to disconnect and reconnect the ARC to get the sound. Any suggestions to eliminate this would be appreciated.

I am experiencing issues with my Play:3 speakers - they keep dropping out after they’ve been running/ connected for a few hours. The only solution seems to be to power cycle the speaker and it’s ok again for a while. My system includes 2 Play:1s, 4 Play:3s and 1 Sonos Playbase.I have tried everything (rebooting my router, factory resetting all my speakers, reserving (fixing) the IP addresses of all speakers, trying different music sources). Always the same result - the Play:3 speakers start dropping out intermittently at first and then permanently off. Until I switch them off and then on again (power cycle). Then they work ok again for a few hours. The Play:1s and the SoundBase don’t seem to be affected. It seems like it might be a memory issue (cache not emptying?) and it only started happening in the last couple of months - previously everything worked perfectly - so I’m wondering if a Sonos update has caused all this? My system is running Sonos S2 and has been perfect previously, so

Just now at 430am, the sonos speakers on the other side of the house turned their volume to max. The sonos speaker in my room did not. I was able to turned them down after fumbling around in a half sleep state. It's happened once before.  I only use TuneIn and Youtube Music on the sonos app, and those two were set to Tunein. And the speakers are all Sonos Ones. Is there anyway to stop this from occurring again?  Thank you for any suggestions.

I’m currently using Arc sound bar with a Sub (gen 3). I’m pleased with the system so far but there are certain movies (ie. The Batman) where the dialogue clarity just seems lower than I prefer. I toggle around with Treble, Speech Enhancement, turn off “Loudness” which helps a little bit. I understand some movies are just created a specific way. Anyways, the next step would be to add Era 100s or 300s. I am wondering if that will enhance the Arc soundbars drivers to focus on dialogue? Appreciate any information on this. 

For weeks now Sonos skips every other song in the queue. It seems to only be while using Spotify, which is my main source. I’m on the older software v1, and up to date. It gives an error that it can’t play this song and moves it up the queue and plays the next. However, I can go back to the song and double click and it plays fine.  Help! Thanks!BRent

I have ARC, 2 era 300 and a sub in my sonos system and the arc is connected to Amazon Fire TV e-Arc port. I want to add a microphone to my system so I can use it for karaoke singing and I want the mic sound to output to my sonos system. Is there a workaround for this purpose and without mic delay. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated. Thank you guys!

I have seen problems similar to mine discussed here but I am unable to see if they were resolved. I have a Samsung NEO QN90A tv that is a little over two years old. I recently purchased a Sonos ARC and connected it to the tv with an HDMI 2.1 cable. If I enable eARC the sound is garbled. If I turn eARC off the sound is OK with the exception of sporadic short drop outs. These seem random and occur on a scale of tens of minutes. Annoying! I now have the tv connected using the optical adapter that came with the soundbar and it works OK with the exception of not supporting ATMOS. Is there anything I can do to get HDMI to work?

I’ve been using TuneIn for years for Double J and Triple J channels (from ABC Australia). When TuneIn announced the new service they suggestion I added the new TuneIn service, whcih I did. But when I browse there is no “My Radio Station” option, in fact the whole TuneIn selection is different … and I cannot even find any means of searching the new TuneIn choices.Wondering if I am the only person experiencing this?

How high to place my Sonos arc and Sonos sound bar was 300?  In a medium-sized room, I put the television on the wall as well as the sound bar and the speakers.

I recently took advantage of the upgrade offer. Do I need to return my old product to Sonos? The instructions were not clear on what to do w my old product.
