I have a new pair of era 100 speakers. Using Android & Sonos 2, how do i tune these speakers ?

I’ve got a One SL speaker that keeps removing itself from my system. This happens a lot! So every week I’m having to reconnect the speaker from the start, by setting it all back up in the app.  I’ve got a Beam with 2 One SLs as surround sound and those don’t have this problem, likewise the Move and Roam I have are also fine.  It’s just this single One SL that is in another room that has the problem.  Has anyone else experienced this and had it fixed?

After the app forced an update last week, my Sonos Roam is now useless just as the warranty has expired.  I can’t power it on, it doesn’t charge on the base charger, and when I plug it into the plug in charger, the orange light comes on but never goes off. I’ve tried the 12 second reset and nothing.  Any ideas?

I have just purchase a Sonos Roam.After I set up the devise on the Sonos app but it didn’t have anything pop-up regarding to the apple music promo. I also checked my inbox on the app, there are nothing in my inbox. 

I have an ARC soundbar and and 2 x era 100’s rears.I listen to a lot of music from my couch, and whilst for movies, the arc+era100’s are amazing, for music it is less so.I really miss the wide stereo image from the front when listening to music.What are my options for replacing the ARC with some other brands speakers + amp whilst retaining sonos compatibility, whilst also retaining atmos capability?Can i use a Sonos Amp connected to a pair of passive speakers as fronts? what do i do about the center channel?

If I stereo pair sonos one gen2 with sonos one sl, can you use the voice assistant, since the gen2 includes the microphone? regardsStefano

I have a setup with a chromecast for casting, a Philips TV (Will find model number if necessay) and a Sonos Beam (gen 1) to use for the TV. As mentioned in the title, 4/5 times the beam just won’t play any sound, and we have to turn the TV off and on again, reconnect to the chromecast and start streaming again, hoping it will work. There are no correlation between the times it works and not, and we do manually set the beam to the TV input every time before turning it on.The HDMI is connected the the ARC-output, we have tested all the settings for autodetection on the TV (Philips Easylink automatic and manual, and TV speakers on/off) without luck. All the software on both the TV, chromecast and sonos are up to date.Has anyone encountered the same or similar issues, and know a fix for this? I suspect it might be something with the chromecast, but haven’t found any settings to try out here.. I am considering adding a second Sub (gen 3) to my setup due to the size of the room (open concept that is makes the sub under sized).If you have done this, what were the results? Is there more bass or just less deadzones?Thanks!

I am trying to connect Sonos Play:5 (Gen 1 2013 model) with Samsung 6 Series TV (2017 Samsung 55MU6500). I bought the EMK Digital Sound Toslink to Mini Toslink Cable 3.5 SPDIF Optical Cable [Not a 3.5mm Aux] Optical Audio Cable (Straight White, 2M)https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B088LXRPLL?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1But the sound is not coming to Sonos. I am connecting the ‘line in’ in Sonos and optical port on TV. Am I missing something? TV set to Optical Digital Sound setting as well. Do I need something else? 

I would like to add a Sonos system to my Samsung Frame TV and would like to avoid using a soundbar. Would it be possible to use the Sonos Amp with two Sonos Era 100s and a Sonos Sub?  Are there any issues with the setup I have described?Thank you for your help! 

Planet Radio isn't available today and when I try to access the service Sonos gives a message that it's not available in my country.  Nothing has changed with my connection at home.  Any ideas?

I have a Sonos arc working through a Samsung TV, all has been fine for over a year. Now the TV cannot find THE arc and just keeps saying it’s NOW TV.I’ve tried switching on and off, unplugging and also changing HDMI cable.

Following on from a topic on Planet Radio disappearing from the list of services available, the solution was to add Rayo as there had been a name change.I don’t have Rayo on my list of services available to add.Anyone any ideas?!I’m in the UK, so should have it….

My question is, where has Planet radio gone. Music wouldn’t play this morning and the service isn’t available in the app under add new. There was an update last night so not sure if this was connected but can’t see it on Sonos web either. Any suggestions please. Cheers Vin

Hi, I have Apple Music and my own curated library of albums in my Apple Music Library (ie with tracks I don’t like removed). I can get the Sonos app to play albums on Apple Music via voice control, but I can’t find a way to get voice control to play albums from my Apple Music Library. Can anyone help?

Hi all.Hopefully someone who has been through this can help. BT router needed to be replaced so have a new SSID/password.Since then neither of the play 3s nor the playbar have worked wirelessly via the Sonos App.I managed to get 1 play3 working when hardwired but could not then get the other speakers connected. As soon as the cable was removed, it stopped working.The playbar works when connect to TV via optical, but no wireless streaming.I’ve been through the set up process multiple times, factory reset all speakers, followed the steps in the app etc. but I’ve got nowhere.I’m not unfamiliar to the world of tech but this has got me borderline raging. Can anyone help me? Where am I going wrong with all of this.I feel like the best thing would be for the system to be completely removed from my account, for the speakers to be factory reset and for it all to be done fresh. Is this possible?Ta

Hi, I have a 4 Samsung 4k TV with ARC but not eARC, a Beam Gen 1 and 2 Symphonisk speakers I use for surround. I have been getting surround sound when playing blu rays by using an old Samsung blu ray player set so that it re-encoded original audio to Dolby Digital.If this player has to be replaced (and it is ten years old now) would current blu ray player on the market that don’t re-encode original audio to Dolby Digital like the Samsung give me some sort of surround sound experience with the Sonos Beam Gen 1 or Gen 2 (which I would like to purchase) without needing an eARC input on my TV? Or would even the Beam Gen 2 only play blu rays in stereo without an eARC input or tby using he HD Fury 4k Arcana? I know I would need eARC or the HD Fury for Atmos but would there be an option for any other surround sound format from blu rays until I save up the extra £200 for one? Thanks in advance.

Hi All, I have previously created some live radio streams in Sonos via the process described here, using the TuneIn service: https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/add-an-internet-radio-station-to-sonos  However, I recently noticed that TuneIn is no longer available by default on my Sonos system, and I could add the new TuneIn, but it seems like it is for paid subscribers only? I was wondering if there is a new way to add internet radio streams?

Hello again, I have a Bose Acoustic Wave Radio/CD system and would like to use the speakers on the Bose with my Sonos 1 system. I have a Sonos1 Amp and have plugged the output to bose input, with no sound and tried sonos input to Bose input with no sound. I set the AMP up with the APP and can see the AMP in Sonos. any idea what I am doing wrong?

Hello everyone,I'm currently facing a couple of challenges with 13 Sonos Ports and would greatly appreciate any advice or solutions you might have. Remote Configuration: I need to set up these Sonos Ports in a remote location, which is a 3-hour drive from my current location. I'm wondering if there's any way to configure them remotely. I have a Windows and Linux machine available at the site and an ESXi setup. Is there a method to perform the initial activation remotely without physically pressing the button on the devices OR without using the phone app (asking the client to press the button)? I have the codes on the back of the devices. Network Segmentation and Issues: In my last setup, I had to ensure that these Sonos Ports did not interact with each other. I recently added an Era 100 and an Era 300 to my system. It seems every day I need to reset them in order to see them on the app again. I have a port and 2 beams with no problems. Everything is on the 2.5GHz band other than the Era 300. It’s is on the 5G. Could this be a problem?

Hi. I’m getting random beep (similar to the beep when using Alexa) on both my systems from some time now. I can’t precise exactly when it started.It happens every couple of hours. Doesn’t matter if the Sonos is in use or not. And it happens both to my Beam and my Arc. I’ve submitted a diagnostic from my system: 1884089486
