Hope you're all doing great! So, I've got this big art gallery, and I'm trying to figure out the best audio setup to echo the sound throughout the entire space. I want visitors to feel the vibe of the art, you know? Any recommendations on which Sonos hardware would work best for creating a sweet echo effect that complements the art installations? Hello - I was hoping for some help please, I’m not great with tech.On my Sonos system, I have three Sonos Ones and I also have a Tidal family plan for me and my two kids and we each have a Tidal account in a family plan.When the kids try and use Tidal via the Sonos app it is set up as my Tidal accounts/ playlists etc and we can’t change to their specific accounts even if we select them.Does anyone know of a way to change this so it is specific to them please? I suspect that the problem is that I’m the main Tidal “owner”.Thanks, Eddie

I can’t connect my Play 1 to my Philippine wifi.  Is there a problem using the Play 1 in the Philippines or is it my wifi provider?

Hi Brains Trust.My Play1 and Play 3 will not reset to Flashing Green Light despite MANY times powering off and re-booting while holding the two buttons. Just stops at Orange Flashing light , which won’t allow connection.Any idea's please? Thanks

Just wondering if anyone has the sonos era 300 mounted upside down, close to the celling with the sonos wall mounts as this would be my preferred choice for the layout of my room as I have lamps and a bit of a wired l shaped room. Going to be used paired with the arc and a sub gen 2 and was wondering what experience people were having. Thanks NW

I currently have a Harmon Kardon speaker system (5.1) with a wireless subwoofer.  The tuner is old enough that I had to use the adapter that came with the subwoofer to get it hooked up.   I have a Visio smart TV that connects to the tuner which is the surround sound system I would like to replace the tuner and speakers (keep the sub) with just a Sonos system.  Plugging the TV into the Beam, Arc, or similar.  The tuner is a pain.Can I hook up a Sonos system that will just "work" when I turn on the TV and watch XMen movies, then turn off the TV and say "Alexa, play Pink Fluffy Unicorns on my Pandora" and it will again, just "work"? I don't ever use the tuner for radio and haven't used the DVD player in years.

Hi,I know these are submitted a lot, but I figured I’d put my diagnostic number in and see if I could get some help.Diagnostic confirmation number: 1173542559My speakers constantly drop out, specifically my Move, Play:1, Connect, and Play:5.  This happens even if I’m doing streaming or from my turntable which is connected to one of the 5’s.We gave them their own IP addresses to stop them from being assigned new ones constantly and that worked for a bit but we are back to things dropping in and out.  We’ve rebooted, moved them around, tested with one directly hooked into the router, nothing worked. Thanks for any help you can provide!

 "Lost sound from Connect to Denon receiver to listen to music on external B&W speakers. Through multiple contacts with Sonos, I was told my Connect was malfunctioning. Consequently, I ordered a Port to replace the Connect. I still have no sound. Anyone got a fix for me? ".

We have 3 Sonos beams. Two update fine. One refuses to.We have unplugged it for an hour.We have disconnected it from the HDMI port.We have done the above singly and at the same time.It's attached to a Samsung Smart TV. We have uninstalled it from the Samsung and re-installed.There is NO, ZERO problem with the router. Even the SONOS app acknowledges that the WiFi is fine.When we get an error message, it is simply “1”.I don't know if we need the update, but this is driving us crazy.  

Hi! I just received my Immersive Set with Ray and Sub mini - it’s two Era 100 speakers, sub mini and a ray bar.  I can’t get them to be recognized to be added to the same room and now I am beyond frustrated. The error continues to be that no other speakers are found.  I can add them to different room labels… what am I doing wrong? How do I start over? 

hi, i have 2 sonos Play 1 they are not bluetooth emabled. if i buy a roam and play via bluetooth can i group the Play’s with the roam for playback via bluetooth? 

I have a rack in my laundry room with sonos amp, and it powers 3rd party speakers outside in my gazebo. When I try to connect the Sub to the system, it is pretty unstable, and even when connected - it plays no sound.However if I bring the Sub indoors closer to the laundry room, it works fine.The internet wifi is very strong all around the house and backyard, so it is not struggling for internet.I also have a range extender/router and internet run to the outside gazebo that powers my TV. When I try connecting the ethernet cable to the Sub - still no luck.How can this be? Is the system not supposed to be completely seamless on wifi? And I imagine plugging in the Ethernet as a  backup would work, but no luck!Help!

I have a beamgen2 and 2 era speakers but cant get any sond from speakers while watching a film ?

I have a Samsung OLED S95B TV that controls all my music - it runs Plex, Apple Music and YouTube. Sound is via an old 3.1 THX sound system. The sound is not up to scratch with the TV and I want to upgrade to Sonos.I am thinking the Ultimate Immersive Set, with an ARC, a Sub, and 2 x ERA300 for surround speakers… That should be easy to set up. Connect the Arc to the TV via HDMI, and the Arc connects to the rest.However, I also would like to have a great setup for listening to music from my TV, and for that I thought about 2 additional ERA300s, or 2 x Fives.If I was to buy 2 x ERA300s or 2 x Fives, how would I connect that? Would the ARC be connected to the TV and control the 2 “front” speakers, and only use these if I wanted to listen to music, vs. watching TV and using the surround setup? Or am I asking for too much?

I am using Amazon music (with arc home theater - arc, 2x era 300, sub 3) and if I start a playlist with Alexa, I don't see the music quality in the Sonos App (HD, Dolby, etc).  If start the same playlist through the Sonos Assistant (or app), I see the quality in the app. Questions: 1. Is the quality the same when starting a playlist through Alexa or is it better to start the playlist through the Sonos Assistant?2. Will music play in Dolby quality when starting from Alexa?  If so, is there a way to tell?  Thanks

3 months ago, we got Starlink.  I migrated all of my Sonos and Airplay devices to the new wifi (different router, different SSID).  Since we had prepaid for the other ISP we retained that router and wifi network.  Everything has worked perfectly for 3 months.  Then, suddenly about 2 hours ago, every sonos device switched back to the old wifi network.  The other Airplay devices are still on Starlink and the Starlink connection is working fine.  It’s kind of a pain to move each device back one by one any advice on how to move them back and keep them there?  

what kind of controller can I leave that works in my home when a visitor or house sitter is in home?  There used to be a Sonos controller that would only work in home and I could leave for a house sitter to use. 

For my lounge setup I have a beam with two Play1 for left and right speakers.I an not hearing any sound from the two Plat 1 speakers.I have carried out a software update on these speakers (as well an the beam)I don’t know if this is relevant but if I tap on the >II button of the beam (and with the Sonos speaker in the kitchen) I hear a pop sound. This does not happen with the left and right Play1 speakers.I would appreciate suggestions how to connect the sterio speakers to the beam.Thank you

I’ve had my Sonos for some years now, it would appear that the BOOST is becoming unstable and is cutting off connection for seconds at a time.   I believe that I can remove BOOST from the system and connect one of the SONOS speakers direct to my Hub and then have all the Sonos products link to the wired device.   Is this a fairly simple process??

I have added YTube music as a music service but nothing happens. It says only no playlists available and I cannot search any song or anything else. I am also experiencing the problem with Spotify (stops when an advertisement starts). I have deleted and reauthorized the account several times. Is it possible to play YT music from my mobile and then connect to sonos?

Microphone light won’t work
