Hi there, I would like to stream music through my Yamaha Srt1000 TV sound bar. I'm using a sonos play 1 and play 3. I considered buying a sonos connect gen1/gen2 to make that connection, but I'm not sure. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Yes, you can do so as the soundbar therefore can be used as any other active speaker. There’s just an analogue or digital input necessary where a Sonos Connect or Port can be connected to.
