Planet Radio this morning & still now thinks I’m outside of the UK & won’t allow me to play any stations.I’m not using a VPNThe App Planet Radio isn’t in the list of App’s for me to re download it. Any suggestions please?

Hi, I just discovered today that other people on my wifi has been able to look through my playlists and music library’s without even needing to log into my account on the Sonos app- which I’m not too happy about. Is there anyway to fix this? I’m not sure why by default Sonos lets anyone access all the playlists from my music services 

Hi all,My Sonos Connect box stopped responding with no lights on the front panel.  I replaced the power supply (via eBay) and eventually managed to get it set up with SonoS S1 iPhone app, but I cannot get my other SonoS boxes to connect. The rest of my system consists of 3 x Connect:Amp and 3 x Play-3.  I’m trying to add the first Connect:Amp and have turned the power off to all the other boxes.  I would prefer to use wired connections for all the boxes as we have something interfering with the Sonos wifi signals for about 6 hours each day, and I want to avoid any potential problem with WiFi booster discs.Here are the detailed steps I’ve carried outperformed a factory reset on the Connect:Amp box (by holding down the mute and vol+ buttons when plugging in). powered down the Connect:Amp and turned it back on.  Light starts by flashing white, and then the settles on a slow flashing green mute button on my iPhone SonoS S1 app, I go to System / Add Product.  “Searching for your product” -

My Beam gen 2 is faulty. Only bought it a few months ago.I'm at the end of my tether! I pause a programme & the beam goes into deep sleep mode & won't wake up!I have to reset it around 5 times a night & have to set it up again as a 'NEW Sonos.I'm flummoxed again! 

Hi all, I have my Pioneer VSX 923  that connect to my phonograph.Now I want to connect this receiver to sonos speakers.This is possible? Which sonos speaker should I buy? 

Sonos Beam Gen 2 (+Sub Mini + 2x Play 3 satellites)  + Samsung The Frame (2019)Occasionally (once a month / 6weeks or so) the Beam drops the TV signal coming via HDMI and it will not reconnect. The main manifestation is that in the Sonos App (Android), I can select TV as the input source, the app shows "TV", it connects and I can hear audio, then a couple of seconds later, with no input from me, the app shows "no audio source" and I no audio is heard from the TV. I can hit TV as many times as you like and the same behaviour is observed. I have tried rebooting the entire system (the sockets are in the wall and not reachable without removing the TV so rebooting requires killing the power to the entire room from the main fuse board). There are no firmware updates for the TV, Audio output is set to PCM.The Beam shows a solid white light but it flashes amber if I press the play/pause button.Please help sort this one out...it's incredibly frustrating as I can't even revert to TV speakers as

I have my Samsung S95B connected to my Arc via HDMI and set for eARC. On most apps, like Netflix, Prime, Apple TV+, and even Plex, ATMOS works fine - if the source is coded with ATMOS, that comes across on my Sonos system…My problem is with the Apple Music app on my Samsung TV. It will not play music in ATMOS. I know the source is in ATMOS because when I play the same album/song using the Sonos app on my iPhone, it plays in ATMOS format…I need confirmation that it should work, before I spend and more time on it. If the Apple Music app on Samsung TV will not play ATMOS for now, that’s fine - I just want to know.

I bought a brand new Sonos Ray today from Argos in the UK.The sound is working, but when I try to connect the TV remote via the app for volume control, it doesn't recognise the remote.TV Model - Bush DLED32HDSSteps to reproduce my issue.1. Sonos app cannot find sonos 1 speakers after changing router. The prompts tell me device must be on the same system. It directs me to update system. That just tells me it cannot find the system. In a previous conversation a popular response was to go to settings/ system/ etc. The app won’t let me click system. How do I get out of this catch-22?

How can I set up with Sonos app to pair Beam with Sonos one automatically on startup using airplay to Apple TV and - NOT have it be surround sound?  Every time I restart I have to use the Sonos app to re-pair the speakers. I have a  Beam and two Sonos One SL’s but want the same sound in all three.

Hello,We just upgraded our turntable to an audio technica bluetooth.  We have 2 Sonos one and 2 sonos one SL.  I understand the Sonos one does not have bluetooth, but can we connect the Sonos one SL to the turntable via Bluetooth? And if so, how? We tried the holding the bluetooth button until the ping sound, then setting the turntable to bluetooth connect, but they will not find each other.  We upgraded to the SL with this last pair because we wanted to go wireless with the turntable.Thanks 

I have a playbar connected to sonos boost and play 1s with sub gen 2 in my living room and a play 3 in my bedroom, I just got a Samsung 77sc95 OLED tv and playbar is showing its age now, I'm wondering if the sub gen 3 is necessary or worth it? Or are they functionally same, Would I still have best quality sound from my sub ?  I also have a sonos boost I use I'd rather keep speakers on their own network and not clutter my home. I considered samsung q990c and I use the sub next to my tv wired to the playbar and got no connection issues, But is atmos and all surrounds etc same quality on sub gen 2 as it is on 3? 

I have a number of S1 speakers run from a ZP90 base. The ZP90 has now died and I also know that the ZP90 is now discontinued. I need to get a replacement but I’m not sure what the current best option is. Is there a current compatible replacement? I have no desire to upgrade my speakers etc. I just one my S1s to work again...   Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to play on my Sonos system an MP3 file stored directly on my iPhone or iPad? My system has a Beam as a TV soundbar, and two Connect:AMP devices powering ceiling mounted speakers in the house. The file(s) are just simple files or are under the Dropbox app, but the files are stored locally on my device(s) and not in the cloud. Surely it must be possible to do this, but I've not been able to figure it out..

Hi everyone :)i have a question.i have sonos boost, Arc with sub gen3 and i upgrade surrounds to ERA100 . Q is:When wizzard add era100 to my system show connect to my 5ghz wifi. I add second era 100 wizard 5ghz to add speaker to 5ghz wifi. After complete wizard app ask for surround pair. I press ok surround done. I check in router sonos era 100 ip´s. Router show era is connected on 2.4ghz wifi. Why? I add era to 5ghz, 2.4 is differend ssid name with prefix 2.4ghz. Sonos era100 on about my system show:WM:3 ERAarc, boost, sub: WM:0 sonos era not support sonos net. But i see arc use special tunel for wifi and comunication with era ? I have changed the wifi settings in my home, which means that the wifi has changed name.Now I am trying to connect my Play:1 to my new WiFi.I can complete all the steps in the Sonos-setup-guide. The Play1-loudspeaker starts to make a sound etc. In the next window in the setup guide the texts says something like:“Lets now connect Play:1 to your Wifi: [The name of my WIFI here]In the next window I enter the password to my WIFI.I am 100 percent certain, that I enter the correct password. But still I get the message: “An error occurred connecting to [The name of my WIFI here]Do you know, what might be going wrong? . I have been using Sonos for 14-15 years, so I have a legacy system, with 2 Connect Amps and a Play 5; but also Playbar connected to 2 Play 1s and a One. Waiting in the wings are an Era 100 and a Sub Mini, and these have pushed me to split my successfully running S1 system, so as to have an S2 new setup on the ground floor, with Playbar, Play 1s and One, introducing the new kit, and a revised S1 system using the legacy kit for now on the top floor. I believed I had removed the legacy items, but I am driven mad by the setting up of S2, which complains that the relevant items are not on the same network, insisting on reboot of the router, and each component, leading to a process to Join Sonos net - but this fails, with the terribly helpful advisory message to ‘try again later’ - of course nothing changes, and I am left grinding my teeth, with nothing working at all. Hello,I have a weird problem with a Sonos playbar, When the Playbar has an internet connection via ethernet and when i add it to Sonos app with 3 more speakers the connection of the whole home network drops, this is only with ethernet connection, when i change the network configuration to wifi the problem is fixed.​​​​Also when i add a new Sonos system with only the Playbar, ethernet does work perfectly.2 of the 3 other speakers are on wifi and 1 is connected with ethernet.When i configure using app the network connection loss begins when i choose the room of the Playbar. What is here the problem? The orange ethernet light is flashing abnormal quick when i added it to the Sonos app with the 3 speakers.​​

I have a S1 controller on my Mac Computer but when I go to the app store on that same computer there is no app for the S2 controller. I can find it on my phone but I want to add a music library and can only do that from my computer. Please help. 

We have a sonos SL one that we previously connected without any issue to our Huawei model B311-211 which uses SIM card for internet access. This router provides us wifi to our phones, computers, and worked with the sonos SL one without issue. A few months later, we got a new SIM card for internet with a new provider, and installed it into the exact same router. From that point, the sonos SL one stopped functioning, and when we attempt to connect it to the wifi network, it gives a "having trouble connecting to the internet" error. Can anyone help with us?

Please help me with speaker positioning. I currently use Beam Gen 2 and Sub mini with my 43” Sony TV. My wife watches TV series and movies daily. I’m more in music, both streaming and vinyl records, from a vintage Thorens TT connected to basic Yamaha speakers. I would like to emphasise more the music reproduction and keep the HT functions. I added a plant of my room. First option:Should I go separating HT and music reproduction, still keeping in Sonos ecosystem, for example adding a pair of Era 100 or 300 connected to the turntable?In this setup, could the HT part be used to reproduce music at the same time (especially the sub mini)?Will this be beneficial giving the fact they will sits in the same room?Could the Eras be in use also when watching TV? Would it make sense? Would be an issue if the speakers will be placed close to the turntable, so both will be on the left side of the TV? Second option:Add a pair of Era 100 as surround, keeping the music reproduction only from streaming o
