setting up port- error code 800 verifying app

When trying to connect my PORT, I get an error code when it tries to verify the app. I have reset the internet, the speakers, uninstalled the app, but nothing has worked. 
 

someone please help!

Maybe first try the things mentioned here…

As stated above, all of those things were tried. Thanks for trying to help though

If your PORT is wireless, I suggest that you wire it to the network for this update.
