I have 10 play: one and 2 play: five speakers that are all wireless in my retail store. I have wifi throughout with also a boost. But the music will cut in and out at random times bc either the network looses connection or the song is not formatted for sonos play (keep in mind I am using sonos radio!). Being frustrated with this, I am trying to wire the speakers and got some done but went into the setting to disable the wireless in a play: one and the speaker became “lost” in my network. Only way to get it back was factory reset the speaker and start over, but the system wouldn’t connect via wired. Need help please!

We’ve been waiting for 7+ years for a really robust iOS experience. The widget request he’s literally been out there for over 7 years. Apple is clearly all in on widgets - why can’t Sonos provide software that makes it easier to control our system? It’s not like you’re spending your resources on a really great Google or Alexa integration (they both continue to be virtually unusable), or an Apple Watch app, or tight integration with SiriusXM (the frequency of errors starting a stream is laughable), or Apple Music (start a station within Sonos? No, No one would want that).  I love the sound quality of our Sonos system, but if I was creating a new system today, I don’t know that Sonos is worth the price point. Certainly the aging software and lack of innovation is a big warning sign.

Unable to connect my sonos port to a Denon-29F turntable, through a yamaha receiver (turntable does not have a pre-amp). Hoping to use the port to play my turntable through Five and Move speakers throughout the house.

Hello All, I’m facing quite anoing issue with my Sonos ARC.While watching TV I cannot play sound via TV speaker. Always Sonos is forsing TV to play everything via Sonos Arc.Connected by HDMI Arc.All settings responsible for this adjustment in TV are  set no to act automatically in this scope.even if switched manually to play all sound via TVs speakers, after 1-2 seconds TV is sweatvhing into Sonos.with my previous soundbar from Sony, it was always possible to be decided.

Hi I have Sonos arc and sub and 2 ceiling speakers wired to connect amp. Ceiling speakers have been working no problem with music but since grouping them as surround sound on the app there is no sound coming from them. I have a Samsung frame tv and I don’t see any settings there to adjust. I saw a post earlier that suggested removing the Ethernet cable to the arc which I did.  thanks.

For the past few months, I’ve been unable to AirPlay to my Sonos Beam. I’ve noticed others have had this issue, especially after a HomeKit update, but haven’t found a fix that works for my system. The best I’ve been able to do is a factory reset of the Sonos Beam which temporarily fixes the problem and allows me to AirPlay to the Sonos Beam but the problem comes back shortly thereafter. If anyone has ideas to fix this, I’d really appreciate it!If it makes a difference, the Sonos Beam is paired with two IKEA Symfonisk Bookshelf speakers.

Current set up is a two 1st gen One speakers, a gen one sound bar and a 2nd gen One speaker. Of these speakers the soundbar and one of the 1st gen One speakers get used daily the other 1st gen and 2nd gen One speakers get occasional use. The problem I have is that more often than not when I fire up the app the 2nd gen speaker will be missing from the app and I’ll have to reboot the speaker and app, sometimes multiple times before it reappears. If it’s missing and I try and re-add it via the setup it will start the process but just time out. Once it is added it works absolutely fine for however long we use it. It’s left on permanently.  Wi-Fi setup does have range extenders however apart from warnings that this may cause playback issue when streaming through multiple speakers this has never caused any issues. Warning pops up but playback works perfectly across whatever speakers are selected so feels unlikely to be the issue. 

I have recently set up my surround sound using 2 ERA 300’s,  1 Arc and 1 Sub.During the set up it asked if I wanted to group the above speakers all with the same room name which I did.Question 1.  If I had not grouped as 1 room name, would I still had been able to set up as a complete surround sound set up?Question 2.   In this set up, Am I able to play music and just select the two ERA 300’s or do I have to play music through all of surround sound speakers?Question 3.  Now that I have added the ERA 300’s as surround speakers, can they be switched to a stereo pair if I was to change the set up so that they had their own room name.Question 4.  If they had their own room name, would I be able to switch back to the complete Surround sound set up when I watch TV?Thank you in advance.

Hi, I have a Beam & 2 new Fives, all work fine separately and the fives work as a pair fine, but when I group them with the Beam they don't seem to sync up correctly 🤷 any ideas?Update, it seems to be fine when I group them when playing Spotify just when I group them to watch the TV there's an issue.

Some help please...Why can't I see both my Sonos speakers (Ray and Beam) that are set up as different rooms at the same time on the app? I can only see one at a time. When I’m in one of the rooms, I see that one. When I move to the other room, I have to both press the power button on the speaker and refresh the app and then I can see the speaker in this room, but the other one has disappeared. I have set up and connected both of them. Both are connected to TV’s  and work fine with the TVs. I can play music from only one speaker at a time ..when the app is connected to that speaker at that time. I want to group the two speakers together so i can play music from them both simultaneously, but the ‘group’ button/tab appears as faded light grey so is therefore unselectable (I’m assuming this is because the app is only recognising one room and that I have one speaker connected). How do I get to see the two speakers at once and have the two rooms show up on my app at the same time? Thanks in

Sonos BOOST Wireless Range Extender is no longer available through SONOS but can still be purchased through a third party (Argos, for example). Does anyone know why?
