Our system is all the sudden cutting in and out.  Speakers show up, play, stop playing and disappear randomly.  I have 15 SONOS products and this is annoying.  Any ideas?  

Hi,I have 4x zp120 amps.My booster is hard wired in to the router. 2x zp120 amps are in the same storage cupboard as the booster - no issues with connectivity.2x zp120 amps are in a cupboard further away. They are both stacked on top of one another. 1 of the amps has connected to my network. The other won’t connect. I have tried doing a factory reset (4 times). I have also tried resetting my router & booster.These ideas aren’t working.If connect these 2 amps together via Ethernet cables, would that help me? Thinking that the one struggling to access the network could then piggy back on to the one that is successfully on the network??!Thoughts, help, comments are all welcome!

I just got my Sonos and it cuts out after a minute of playing, is it a blue tooth wireless speaker or does it need an Ethernet cable?

Help please! My one sl’s aren’t working as surrounds when tv mode. The beam work but one sl’s don’t. That stopped working a week ago. The precious 3 tetras they’ve worked together perfectly. the one sls do work when playing music which confuses me even more. anybody else experienced this issue. Thankyou. 

Is it possible to use the speakers without wifi?

All speakers visible and selectable, but I get the message, “unable to connect please try again later” for some speakers.  

Hey all, I'm trying to connect my old Sonos Playbar (it's quite an old one, possibly 2013) to a Kogan 55" Smart TV (Series 8 LU8010). I've setup the Playbar and it's working while streaming Spotify from my phone through the app, but when I try to do 'TV setup' I get a 'no signal detected' error'. I've tried doing the old, unplug and plug it back in with each connection and also tried a few different settings on the TV itself. TV settings are pretty basic, but I've stripped it back to standard audio, balance 0, auto volume level off, surround sound off, S/PDIF Mode PCM (which I believe is the correct output for the Playbar. Anyone have any ideas? I've thought about getting a new optical cable but wanted to try here before I do that.

Hi.I haven't played a blu ray disc for ages however when I did so a few days ago I was curious as to why when I rewound the film (to go back to a specific scene), I lost all sound from the Sonos Arc.The only way I could get the sound back was to stop playback and restart the player again.Any idea why this has happened?I think my sound bar setup is ok as the sound format within the Sonos app is Dolby Atmos.I also have another problem relating to the picture, namely, every few seconds I get a screen judder which only lasts a fraction of a second but repeats itself every few seconds.

Can I use my sonos on Bluetooth, ie no Ethernet connection?

How do I turn on all of my speakers at the same time?When I turn on my tv, my soundbar & sub woofer (gen3) power on, I have to go to my Sonos app to turn on my (2) era 300 speakers.

Haven’t been able to see full list of SiriusXM favorites in the Sonos app for what seems like over a year. I’ve tried reauthorizing the channel, deauthorizing and then adding back, resetting speakers, etc. Nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

I want to buy a pair of Fives for my room. They’ll be linked/paired as a stereo pair. Can I connect them to a Roam device over WiFi and play music from them via Bluetooth through the Roam (using the Roam as a gateway)?  E.g. I want to stream some YouTube music from my phone. I would stream it via Bluetooth to the Roam and then through that to the Fives. If not, I guess the only way is to plug in a Bluetooth receiver via the line-in connection?  And if so, could I do that and still have the music play over the linked pair?  

I use Amazon Music as the main source of music. I have a Move in the kitchen, another Move in Living Room, a connect amp with legacy speakers and a Sonos Roam.I go to play music in the Kitchen - nowhere else - when i get a message that Amazon is playing on another room. Nothing is playing elsewhere but cant get the speaker to play the queue. As there is nothing playing elsewhere there is nothing to turn off. I usually play Sonos Radio for 5 mins then return to the Amazon queue and it plays normally. I have re-authorized my Amazon account but nothing seems to solve the problem. This issue arises every few days on a random basis. 

I have a Sonos Beam Soundbar conected to a TV via HTMI eARC, in a room with (4) in-ceiling speakers connected to a single Sonos AMP. When I group the two zones, the TV audio will mirror onto the ceiling speakers, like I want…  However, the when I push volume buttons on my AppleTV remote (fed to the Sonos Beam via HDMI-CEC), it only changes the soundbar volume, not the group volume and grouped zones volume.Is there any way to the soundbar volume to have control over grouped zones, so these speakers can be just an “extension of the TV”?

Hi, after adding the Ark to the app (and to my account), somehow it’s added to my Spotify account and I didn’t give it permissions and I also can’t remove it from there even after revoking the permission inside Spotify. Just to be clear, I didn’t add my Spotify account to the Sonos app. why is it added automatically without asking me? how can I get rid of the Sonos in my Spotify account?

Hi,I had a Sonos Boost connected to my router with a system of a Play 3, a 2nd Gen Play 5 and 2 One SL’s. These all worked together perfectly. A couple of weeks ago, we had some works done at home which meant that everything had to be unplugged and disconnected. I set the system up again last week but the Boost refuses to work. The power light is on and it’s connected directly to our router as before (which is working fine) but it’s not being recognised by my app. I’ve even performed a factory reset, but the light just flashed green without ever connecting. I replaced my old Play 5 with a stereo pair of Fives and they work just fine, as do my two One SL’s. The Play 3 seems to be having the same issue as the Boost insofar as it isn’t connecting.My question is, do I still need the Boost or is it now an obsolete piece of equipment? I’ve actually unplugged it and packed it away and my system continues to work, so I guess it’s not needed. Same question regarding the Play 3. I know this is a

Cannot connect Play1 speakers to Wifi after upgrading internet service to Spectrum Wifi6. Have replaced Spectrum supplied SAX1V1S router.Can only connect via ethernet cable but router and speakers are used in different locations and I do not want to have one wired speaker.
