deezer familly

Hi,

Sonos keep on playing commercial for deezer upgrade account to premium whereas I have a deezer familly account. 

What is the reason? I'm already paying fees for not having commercials…

I’ll be closing this thread as a duplicate as you have another thread on the same topic. That thread being:

I would recommend following user @Schlumpf’s advice as the steps they’ve provide are what we would suggest as well.

If the steps they’ve provided do help, then please reply in your thread as it will let the users who assisted you and other users who come across your thread know how to solve this issue. If they don’t resolve the issue, then you can keep troubleshooting with the community or Sonos support.

You can switch off Sonos App/E-Mail notifications in your online Sonos profile here:
