Hi all,
My sonos 3 is flashing white and when trying to connect on the app, it gets to the stage where it needs to play a chime but it never does play a chime. i have tried to reset it multiple times but it stays flashing amber and never turns green, even after waiting hours. it doesn’t show up on bluetooth either. On the app it says to press the mute button if chime doesn’t play, and i have many times, but it still won’t connect. I’m not sure what to do at this point if anyone has any idea what’s up with it
