I have recently purchased a Sonos package.

- 4 in-ceiling speakers

- Amp

- Sub Gen 3

- Connected my current Playbar.

Today I connected everything up and it took me a while to set this up on the S2 App. Wasn't actually straight forward for me for some reason. Not sure if anyone else struggled too.

But, I was hoping to get Atmos sound from my set up, but I'm not.

Can someone advice me what I may be doing wrong please?

Find attached photos of the set up on my S2 app.

Any tips would be much appreciated.

Regards,

Nils.

The Playbar doesn’t support Dolby Atmos audio. It only supports standard Dolby Digital, DTS Digital Surround, and Stereo PCM. The only two Sonos sound bars that support Atmos are the Arc and Beam (Gen 2).

Also, a Sonos home theater setup only supports two surround speakers. So even though you have four speakers wired to the Amp, they are only playing two channels of surround audio.

You can’t, to use Bluetooth you need a speaker that supports Bluetooth audio.

Move and Roam today and if they get the bug fixed the Eras. Might be others.
