My Android phone (Galaxy S20) will connect for media on Bluetooth but not for phone calls. There are options to set up the for media audio but I can’t see how to set up for calls. Anyone got any ideas please?

The Bluetooth profile in use on Sonos speakers doesn’t allow two way communication, such as in use with phone calls, it is set up for playback only.

Thank you - that explains it! It's disappointing, I'd assumed Sonos would have included that functionality. Anyway, I'll stop trying to figure it out now :)
