I want to give away my old Playbar. So, I want to delete it from my account.

Reset the Playbar by following the instructions in this article:

After a few days of the app not detecting the Playbar on your network, it should disappear from your list of devices automatically, but it will stay registered with your Sonos account until re-registered to a new account.
