Hi I have a Project T1 with built in pre-amp.  This is connected to my sonos amp.  I was getting a low huming noise but since aded a project pre amp inbetween which nhas fixed ths issue.However the issue I have is Im watching TV then I want to listen to vinyl - I turn off the tv and turn on the record player.  The amp is set to output to the speakers my tv is grouped with so more often than not it will play but sometimes it doesnt and I have to restart the amp or even speakers. Is there anything I can do that will make sure 100% that when I turn on my turntable and play a record it will play music out of the speakers ? Thanks

Bit of a strange one. My living room has an AVR and ceiling mounted 5.1 system that was there when we moved in.it’s great but we rarely use it because the ceiling speakers are right under the kids bedrooms. also I got rid of the sub because the only place to put it is in what is now the children’s play corner. I’ve since bought a sonos beam and two symfonisk bookshelf rears, which we use 90 per cent of the time. The same signal gets sent to both setups. i’m thinking about adding a Sonos sub but was wondering:Would it be possible to effectively add the Sonos sub to the existing 5.1 by playing to both systems simultaneously by switching off the symfonisk surrounds and somehow muting the beam but not the sub. I doubt it is but not sure.  

Hi there, I would like to stream music through my Yamaha Srt1000 TV sound bar. I'm using a sonos play 1 and play 3. I considered buying a sonos connect gen1/gen2 to make that connection, but I'm not sure. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Would it be possible if Sonos allowed it to use three or two Era 300’s to replace the arc as the central speaker? I’m loving some Dolby Atmos music, with the Era 300’s, but the weak point in my home theatre set up is the Arc; it just can’t play music, great for Movies.I have taken out the 300’s to test as a stereo pair and they sound awesome for Dolby Atmos, but prefer my fives to listen to Stereo Mastered music. If Sonos would allow users to replace the Arc with Era 300’s I would go out and buy these in a heartbeat. It wouldn’t compete with the Arcs pricing either; oh just imagine?

I cannot connect my SONOS products to my new WIFI Router from Sky, all of those SONOS products were working fine on my previous WIFI network, but simply will not connect to this new one.I have a Play 3 and 2 Play 1 speakers.I have done a factory reset on all speakers.I have done an app reset on my SONOS app on my phone.On the Sky Router I have tried to switch off 5Ghz network and function only on the 2.4Ghz version, and I’ve also tried to switch the security mode back to WPA2, nothing works, every time I get to the point of adding my WIFI password, it fails.Any thoughts?I’m almost at the point of dumping all this equipment.

Hi everyone. Hope you can help me, I have a small TV room with a gen 2 beam, sub mini & 2 era 100. I would like to add a Sonos arc but am worried that the room is too small, do I you think it would be OK? Many of thanks for all your help😀  

Hola a todos!La pregunta o el problema es el siguiente:Es posible utilizar unos auriculares inalámbricos teniendo conectada la ARC al televisor mediante eARC?En la práctica sucede que puedo emparejar los auriculares pero creo que al estar conectada la television por eARC, no deja cambiar la salida de audio (ni al sonido de la TV, ni a los auriculares). Desde el menú de la TV puedo cambiar en manual la salida, pero al momento vuelve a coger la ARC.Hay manera de solucionar esto?Muchas gracias y saludos!!!  

How do I pair a move speaker into stereo while in Bluetooth 

hi all. my 10 year old receiver just went belly up and it was suggested to me that Sonos product could double to serve as my “receiver”— just set up a new system using new Sonos product(s) but keeping my existing Fiber optics “cable” tv set box, Apple TV 4K, and Airply Apple Music (from max or iPhone) and my approximately 10 year old wall mounted tv.  My internet fiber optic provider is the same as my fiber “cable TV” provider.   I also want to get a turntable (not Sonos branded) soon. Later I might add small speakers in other rooms. I HDMI connect the receiver to Apple TV, to the flat screen tv on wall, to the router, and connect to the router as well. So recover is a wired hub. Bonus would be to be able to continue to use my 10 year old bookshelf plain old wired speakers with any now system—they connect with wires to my receiver.     I’m not an audiophile so think average homeowner and not cheapest buy not the highest either.  I want as much wireless connection as I can but my TV and

Hi everyone, I'm writing because I'm having problems with my SONOS system consisting of Arc + 2 ERA 300s configured in surround: I connected the system to my LG G2 via HDMI using the e-arc port, the TV settings are passtrough+earc, I tried to watch Dolby Atmos content (e.g. Jack Ryan on Prime and some blurays) but nothing on the SONOS app, I only see Digital 5.1. Can anyone help me? Thank you

I'm currently using an arc and sub gen 3 with 2 Play 3 surrounds.  I was considering replacing the Play 3s with Era 300s.  Would I notice a significant improvement worthy of the cost?  Is there more to Atmos than just hearing jets fly overhead? 

Cox modem WiFi 2.4 or 5 do not connect to Sonos unless hardwired.  Never had a problem and spent 2 hrs with Sonos team with zero luck.  what can I do to get back wireless connection?  

I have a Sony XBR 65-900F tv that doesn't have eARC and only ARC and I can't get Dolby Atmos from my Arc,Era 300's and Sub Gen 3thanks in advance for any help

Hello,I connected 2 Era 100’s to my Beam soundbar in my living room.  They appeared to work, then after tying Alexa to the “system”,  I didn’t get sound coming from them (I think this is what happened?).  I disconnected them from Alexa, and disconnected the surrounds, then re-connected the surrounds to system.  Still no sound coming from the Era 100’s.  The lights are on, they seemed to have connected??  Does the Bluetooth need to be on?  I think I’ve tried that also... I’m stumped!  I thought this would be an easy connect/use.  Full disclosure, I am not very savvy with Audio stuff!  Help anyone!!  

Hi all, Just become a proud owner of a Sonos Era 100. Loving it so far and the app works very well. However, one issue I’m having, I’ve added my Synology NAS drive as a music library, I’ve then (through the app) created a Sonos Playlist with songs from this library. I can playback via the app itself, but the Era 100 will not accept a voice command to play the playlist, keeps saying that music service is unavailable. Any suggestions to fix would be welcome, I could keep a tablet next to Sonus to playback as all songs/playlists etc do work via the app but I’d prefer to use voice control if I can. Thanks in advance. Jamie

I have a Beam + Roam and have had the same for over 1 year all OK untill recently the Roam sound fluctuates (comes & Goes) doesnt seem to matter where the Roam is (Beam in living room,Roam in Kitchen)T/Y

I would like to have 9 Sonos Era 100 to a single network..Is this possible?

Look how many people have the same problems with this product. I have spent hours on hold, back at the retailer, talking to support, reading countless articles, uninstalling reinstalling, rebooting and trying every method known to man and still Google Assistant refuses to add to Roam. I fed up of the poor service and Sonos as a product.

iPhone 15 pro, latest shipping IOS. Sonos app can’t see speakers. Sonos app on Mac can see speakers.. (It wants to update, but fails, but that’s not this post.)I’ve gone through the walkthrough in the Sonos app (unplug everything, plug back in, etc.) just short of resetting everything. I’m not willing to do that because it works fine if I push music via AirPlay and it’s five speakers and forget that.The only negative that I can see is that speakers are frozen on whatever firmware version they are at.

I have had 2 Play 5s (1st Gen) and a Play One.  LOVE my system. Just moved to new apt and I had my One in the bathroom but my new bathroom doesn’t have a good place to plug it in and also place it somewhere. I thought “OK I’ll get a new water resistant one like Roam or Move.”   I bought a Roam, and after playing around with it and spending a long time iwth an AMAZING Sonos rep on the phone, he says Roam can only work on S2 and Play 5 (1st gen) can only work on S1.  I can’t use Roam and my old speakers! Ughh! During setup it seemed like S2 (which I downloaded) was going to let me set up the Roam on S2 but then PLAY it via S1. Am I just out of luck? If I want any new speakers I have to upgrade my old ones??? THis is turning a $200 purchase into a $1200 one!  

Have Arc, Sub gen3, and pair of Ones in home  theatre setup. During movie playback or streamed TV the sound is great. Connection is via eARC, HDMI. However streaming music via wifi it is as if there is no output from Sub. I cannot adjust phase with no discernible change. I can adjust Sub bass output from -15 to +15 with no change in bass output. I have reset, restarted, removed and reinstalled Sub. Same great bass during movie playback. Essentially no bass output for streamed music. Same music played through paired Fives has better bass, even paired Ones in another room have better bass. Amp connected to my towers and another Sub Gen3 have satisfactory bass output. What is it with Arc and music not arriving through the HDMI connection that delivers NO bass?

We have had our Move for several years, and all was good until a few days ago. Suddenly I cannot play Apple music nor play NPR News Now or the Daily or anything. I ask Alexa to “play NPR News Now” and she replies with “getting NPR News Now from Amazon. Here’s the latest episode for Jan 18th”….and then she stops. Likewise, I will ask her to “play David Bowie on Apple Music” and she will say “David Bowie on Apple Music” but then go silent. She responds to all other Alexa commands normally though. I also have an Amazon Echo Plus in the same room. When I ask her to play NPR News Now or Apple Music she does...so this is not an internet issue, not an account issue. I have hard reset my Move back, and reset it up again. Did not work. Would appreciate help to fix this. 

I just purchased a new 85” Samsung QN90C, Roku Ultra, and Sonos Arc. Looking through the forums, I can’t seem to find decisive direction on the best way to connect these components or if I should change any settings to get the most out of the Arc.  Thank-you.

Move randomly disappears from app on my iPhone, but is still there on partner’s phone, and sometimes vice versa.  It is not connectivity to the network, but a bug in the app no? No amount of resetting, rebooting, reinstalling has worked so far.  It is getting somewhat frustrating! Any suggestions out there?
