I just received a replacement Roam portable speaker after the originally-purchased unit failed and would not accept a charge.  I would like to enter the new device’s serial number in my account, but I cannot find a way to do so once logged into my account on the website. Can anyone help?

It will appear on your account once connected to the systeem.

Even Sonos CS doesn’t have the ability to edit that data. I believe it’s only an automated system. I still have a few BRIDGEs that were thrown away/recycled years ago. Stuff comes off when it is registered to a new account, gets put on when it is added to your account.
