Connect (S15) perpetual rebooting

Hi-   I have a few of the Connect S15 devices.  One is continuously in a reboot cycle.  I’ve pulled power and plugged back in.  Still does it.   I disconnected all lines going to it with only power being applied, still does it.  Held the play/pause button down while applying power, gets to the orange light (flashes a few times) then reboots.   Is it a lost cause?

I think you might need to ask that of Sonos support. Generate a diagnostics report and see what they have to say.
