Hi, I received an email today inviting to take part in a user research study from research@reasearch.sonos.com saying if selected I’d get the choice of $250 towards Sonos products or a Sonos move 2.  looks suspect to me (particularly as I’m in the UK) -  I don’t get many emails from Sonos so just wanted to check if rings any bells with anyone else?Thanks

Hey everyone! I purchased Era 6 300s to replace my Play3s, I noticed when the sub is connected I have to raise the sub volume to 12 or 13 to simply hear it. also this is probably not the cleanest bass pushing it to its peak volume. With my Play3s the Sub was at 1 or 2 the sub was hitting harder.  Any ideas? Thanks!

Hey, My Sonos Roam randomly reset and get disconnected from my Sonos system.When I boot it up it just starts flashing green and I have to re-do the whole pairing process with the app. Any idea why ?  Best,An0n

Hay alguien con este problema?He conectado la barra al TV por el puerto HDMI ARC, he configurado el TV en configuración experta "Modo HDMI-eARC = Automatico" y he activado compatibilidad con Dolby Atmos". Formato de audio de salida Automático. Tambien he habilitado el protocolo Anynet+(HDMI-CEC) A traves de la app de netflix en el TV consigo ver el simbolo de dolby atmos en las descrippciones de las peliculas. Tengo el plan UHD de netflix. Cuando inicio la pelicula, con la pista de àudio dolby atmos, en la app de sonos me dice q estoy reproduciendo “ dolby multicanal pcm 5.1” y no me aparece Nada de Dolby atmos” Alguien que haya podido solucionar el problema??Gracias!!!

Subject kinda sums it up. I have beam gen2 + sub mini and 2 era 100’s for surround. I am loving it. I was just curious if there is a quality difference playing spotify via my apple tv spotify app or changing from tv to music on my sonos app and listen spotify via sonos app? Thanks

This hasn't been a issue in the past but ever since I upgraded my LG C2 to new OS it is not a problem. Now with Playstation 5 not even powered on, if the HDMI is plugged in for Playstation my Sonos drops for the TV. Making me have to set up tv again. I am going upload my logs and see if I can get some help. 

I used to love Sonos. Now I only love their hardware… I have 5 older speakers (4xPlay:1 and 1xPlay:5) that are not compatible with the new S2 system - but I don’t care. After many, many problems caused by relentless Sonos “upgrading” - I now drive my speakers through the Home Assistant integration which is magnificent. It does everything I want, and doesn’t bug me with extras I don’t care about. Unfortunately, it still requires the Sonos app to add a speaker to the system before I can use it in Home Assistant.We just built an extension to the house and I wanted some more speakers in new areas. My investment in Sonos infrastructure was too great to move to another ecosystem. Hi therewe have recently moved house and the new house has a Sonos connect, third party amp, 4 internal speakers, and 2 external speakers.. all hard wired to the amp.we have been kicked out of the login and have set it up new but now not all speakers are working, even though we haven’t touched anything apart from the buttons on the Sonos connect (so no cable issues). Previously the internal speakers were “one group” and external speakers were “one group”. I’ve googled so much and just cannot figure out how to fix this. can anyone provide some advice, please?  thanksLisa

Has anyone been back billed without notification for sonos hd radio service? I was charged for 15 months at $7.99 each in one weeks time. Is back billing something that is included in the terms of service?

I have read that the Brennan B3 cd player is the “only” CD player that connects seamlessly to the Sonos era 300.  Can you verify?  I just bought the ERA 300 and connects to my iphone perfectly. But i would like to play my CDs wirelessly and “cast” to my new speaker.  What CD players will work without all the hassles and complications i have been reading about on your forums.. yikes, spent $500 euros. Help!

Currently have a Rega turntable with Rega Phono Mini connected to a Play 5 Line in using RCA cablesi want to add a CD player to the set up (either with integrated amp or a separate amp)Can anyone suggest the best way to do this - do I go down the RCA switch route (2 in - Turntable and CD player 1 out - to Play 5 ) or is there a better way of connecting to the 5  

My Sonos Arc is connected via HDMI eARC to Sony Bravia XR X90J.I have noticed a random cracking/popping/clicking sound in my Sonos Arc while playing audio or sequences with heavy bass. This does not always happen. For example, while playing STRANGER THINGS Season 4 on Netflix with Dolby Atmos, I notice no issue despite the show's excessive bass. On the other hand, playing CLASS, especially the Episode 6 pre-credit intro scene, the cracking/clicking/popping sound is so loud. I noticed similar sounds while playing YOUNG SHELDON season 6 on prime video.The cracking/clicking/popping sound fades away if I reduce the bass to -10. If I increase the bass to +8, the sound gets louder.I have tried restarting the unit, removing the HDMI cable, re-attaching it and restarting the TV itself, etc. Sometimes doing this makes things go back to normal, but it does not always work. Also, it's not a long-term solution. Need a permanent fix for this. I need to know if it's a hardware issue so I can get it

I have a 5.1 system with 3 in ceiling channels R-Center-Left architectural and 2 book shelf surrounds. The current amp is a Sony DA4ES from back in 2000. I also have a set of patio outdoor speakers.  I would like to update and gain wireless functionality and still have all the current functions. Suggestions on how to convert? 

Hello, I moved and am trying to setup my SL, it will not connect and keeps showing an error message. I have already tried: resetting to factory mode, restarted my SONOS app, unplugged and plugged back in and turned my wifi off and on. 

Hello! I got Sonos Roam 2 months ago. I connected it to my Sonos system at home, integrated with Google home and Google assistant. Worked just fine. Now I took it with myself for Easter family reunion. I wanted to listen to music via Bluetooth but the speaker cannot switch to Bluetooth at all. When pressing the powet bottom for 2 seconds I get the chime but the led is still white, also my phone, nor anyones phone nor even PC, finds it. I thought that maybe I somehow factory reset it, but when trying to connect it to my app via wifi It gets connected by after that it says I need to register it, and to do so I must factory reset it. I tried holding power for 15 secs, keeping away from charger and turning off and on. Nothing helps. How do I make it switch to Bluetooth? Sawpel

Himy system for home theater is curently a playbar grouped with two sonos one used as surroundscan i replace the playbar with an ERA300 that will be connected to my tv by optical, and still use the two ONEs as surrounds as they are now? thanks

I’m looking to buy a bluetooth turntable with built-in pre-amp. I’m looking for a lower-cost solution than buying the Sonos Amp (for now), and I have a 3-part question: 1) I realize that I need to connect the turntable to a Sonos speaker with a line-in port. I’m thinking of buying an Era100 for this. But I want to make sure that I would also be able to pipe the music from the turntable throughout the whole house by grouping the Era100 with my other speakers. Can someone confirm that’s possible? 2) I have a Roam speaker. If I instead connected the turntable via Bluetooth to the Roam (instead of buying an Era100), could I also group the Roam with the other speakers in the house so I can hear the music in other rooms? 3) I have the Arc + Sub in our media room. Could I also group those into the speaker set where I’m playing music from the turntable, or is that not possible or practical? As you can probably tell, one of my priorities is to be able to easily listen to vinyl anywhere around t

I have updated my wifi and managed to get three of four SONOS speakers connected. The Play:5 will not connect to the new network.I have tried a factory reset, then adding it as a new product. My SONOS app recognizes the product and it appears as though it will successfully connect, but it will not connect to the “Play:5’s temporary network:SONOS-Awb… I get this error; “Your mobile device couldn’t connect to your Play:5.I have tried other mobile devices, with no luck. I also have tried using an ethernet cable, and it is undiscoverable.I have tried choosing the temporary wifi SONOS network within my wifi settings on my phone, with no luck (connected momentarily, then nothing). I have changed the network settings in the app. Still nothing.

What am I doing wrong. I can not set up my roam SL. How do I connect the device to my WiFi? I don’t see the option in the app without it finding my speaker device and yet I can’t see it in my Bluetooth screen or WiFi. How do I get the speaker to connect to my home WiFi system

Hi I’ve got a Panasonic oled fz802 with arc hdmi port , I’m streaming Netflix and prime through 4k firestick through my beam 2 era rears and sub mini , sound is great and showing 5.1 dd plus , should I be bothered about not getting full atmos showing on the Sonos app with atmos movies ? I can get atmos when streaming Apple Music not sure what difference I would hear with a upgraded tv or a Arcadia fire etc 

need some help with an unresolved connection problem with one of my Sonos One units.My set up in my UK home is as follows:Lounge - all working fine- Sonos Beam 2: purchased in UK in 2023, connected to Google wi-fi router via ethernet cable- Sonos One x2: purchased in US in 2020, connected to Beam via Sonos network channel 6Bedroom - not working- Sonos One x1: purchased in US in 2020 … the Sonos s2 app can “see” the device but it can’t connect - wireless doesn’t work (either Sonos or Google network) I reached out to Sonos support but have not yet resolved the problem despite sending them a diagnostic via the app (have also rebooted my modem and router, reinstalled the app, and rebooted the One - no joy) Can anybody help me solved this issue ? ... maybe it’s network or firmware related but i’m not an expert. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated - thank you ! Kind regards, Will PS: the Bedroom One used to work 100% fine in our USA apartment wi-fi …. both Lounge One units

I'm having constant dropouts when playing music from Spotify or the Sonos app. It happens approximately once every 5 minutes, the music continues playing but the audio is cut for 10-15 sec. Tried everything but nothing can fix it.I have 2 Play: 5 gen 1 (one wireless and one wired) and 1 IKEA/Sonos Symfonisk (wired) connected to a TP-LINK Deco X60 mesh system.Diagnostics sent: ************ Moderator edit: removed & recorded diagnostic number

And attempting to mute the sound of the arc sound bar I’m not having any luck. connected via eARC HDMI PORT. I have Gone into the television settings, TV sound only, mutes the sound bar for five seconds but then the sound bar comes back on?  any suggestions?
