Pandoro Radio has different "Modes" that you can select for your station, but these different “Modes” do not play in the new Sonos app and they use to in the old app.

There services integrated by the provider aka Pandora in this case and they will have to update their integration to support the api used by the new app. You should report this to Pandora.
Sonos released the new app without informing content providers with the api changes and this broke most of the integrations and there are no documentation provided in what exactly changed and it is up to the developers to try to find what changes they have to do in order to get their service running on the new app
