My Sonos Amp won’t power on. I have 4 amps and the other 3 are working but my 4th won’t power on. I have unplugged and let sit for a while and tried it again but no luck. I used a power cord from working amp and still wouldn’t power on. I tried holding the back button while unplugging and plugging back in and still no power. Need help!

Don’t bother. They do the bare minimum and then ask you to send your $600 amp to them in turn for a 30%off coupon. 🙄 so disappointing….but you do get to wait an hour on the phone listening to a voice tell you useless stuff for that time until someone answers.
I have the same issue - Amp was purchased in April 2021, has had very little use as it’s driving the ceiling speakers in a room we don’t use often - now it won’t power up (no white light) but the green lights at the back where the ethernet cables connect do flash - so there’s power getting into it… I’d be mortified if they offer a 30% voucher as I can count the times I’ve used it on one hand!
