 Good morning, I would like to use trueplay to optimize listening in my room, I having an Arc soundbar, two Era100 and a Sub mini available. Not having an iPhone but an Android smartphone, if I understand correctly I can't do it. However, I have a MacBook air, is it possible in some way to use a MacBook air to be able to use trueplay and optimize listening in my room?  Thank you all. 

Howdy friends, Is it possible to use your Sonos system to connect your turntable to the Sonos Ace headphones?  Have a pre-amp with Port connected to Pro-Ject turntable which is then connected to my Sonos speakers.   Will the Ace function the same as a Move or Move 2? (just another speaker?)Thank you.

Weiss irgend jemand wo man in der neuen App Lautsprecher gruppiert? Da mein Amp nicht in der Lage ist unseren Sound von Handy oder IPad direkt per AirPlay abzuspielen bin ich darauf angewiesen das Ding mit einem AirPlay fähigen Lautsprecher zu gruppieren! Wie geht das in dieser App die meiner Meinung nach nichts als Probleme verursacht! Wenn es keine Lösung dafür gibt bleibt es in unserem Garten abgesehen von Webradio still!🤮😡🤬🤮

I recently updated the app on iPhone for Sonos and I’m sorry to say it’s an utter car crash. The original app was excellent worked perfectly so I could link to my NAS and play music, use streaming. It was great. This new one is terrible. My NAS is inaccessible streaming start and stop is slow and uncontrollable. Could you please give us the option to role back to the original app, recall the frankly embarrassing app you have recently released, or release an update that fixes these problems. Looking at your forums, I’m not the only one who is less than impressed. Looking forward to your rectification. Kind regards Dom

I have the latest version of the iOS app on an iPhone and iPad. My speakers are running the latest firmware. However, I do not see either the alarm management option or the set location option (for SVC weather support). Does anyone else have the same problem? Is there a fix? 

Is there a way to remove a service that is no longer available on SONOS? The service appears in my list of services, but when I try to remove it, I receive a warning Service not found and therefore it is not deleted. Of course I added the service time ago when it was available. The service is radio.net.Interestingly the service no longer appears in the SONOS web app, but still in the SONOS iPadOS app. I deleted the app and reinstalled it with no change.

Considering upgrading Playbar to Arc but I have an Artex ceiling. Will I benefit from Dolby Atmos?

I have a Sonos amp hooked up to outdoor in-ceiling  speakers.  I want to add a Bluetooth speaker to the back of my yard.  Is there a way I can sync  Bluetooth speakers to the Sonos amp to extend music to the back of the yard?  If not, what do you recommend?

I have a WD ‘MyCloud NAS drive and am unable to connect to Sonos as I believe I should be able to. I am unable to discern the correct path I can ‘see’ the drive on Plex, but would like access directly through Sonos… Cheers 

I just noticed that there was a Sonos app on Android update.  The icon is now black and functionality has changed.    You can see in the screenshot below they are slightly visible but greyed out.  This was right after I rebooted my routers and phone.  

I want to exit someone else's Sonos system.I joined someone else's existing Sonos system, and now I want to set up my own Sonos system. However, I can't exit the current system, and I can't find the relevant option in the Sonos Android app.

Har et problem med Max Streaming.når jeg skal afspille Dolby Atmos hvilken udgang skal jeg bruge på mit philips 55pus8887 til Sonos Arc. Det skal siges at når jeg streamer Netflix så får jeg vist Dolby atmos og Dolby vision, men Max viser kun Dolby vision, hvad gør jeg galt. 

Will I be able to connect my new Move 2 to my S system with this new useless S app I have? 

After factory resetting this speaker 12 times just to get the new app and firmware to work for 10 mins before I once again see “no products found,” I can’t add Alexa. It gets to a screen that says “Signing in to Amazon” and just hangs like that forever. And no, the problem is not on my end. Has anyone else seen this and found a fix? Or is this just another feature this failed company removed in the app update and now we have to wait and see if they add it back 6 months from now? 

All madness and disappointment aside, Will there be an update where we can ‘add to queue’ or ‘play next’?  

I have a Sonos Connect and control it using the Sonos app on Android. Last week I stopped being able to access my Tidal service from the app. I tried re-authorizing, and got the message that it had worked, but when I returned to the Sonos app it said “”There was a problem adding the Tidal account. Connection could not be made.” I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Sonos app, have rebooted everything, have checked my Tidal account to make sure that it is functioning normally, but I still get the same result. Any ideas?

Hellocould anyone tell me if the Sonos roam 2 is compatible with Amazon music.if I use the Amazon music app on my iPhone can I play the music through the roam 2many thanks

Dear SONOS community, I am trying (and failing) to configure a SONOS Port so that the volume can be controlled by the volume dial (and NOT the SONOS app) of a Yamaha R-N600A receiver.The PORT is connected to one of the R-N600’s LINE OUT connections with a pair of RCA cables connected to the PORT’s IN RCA connections. So far this all works, I can use the LP, CD or radio to stream via the Port to the group of connected speakers (Beam, 300’s and sub mini) and it plays just fine. However, For ease and simplicity I want control of the volume through the R-N600 only and not though the SONOS app, every piece of literature I have read says that this is accomplished through the app by:Line-Out levels; Settings>System> select the room with your Port > Select Line-Out levels. (and then the required adjustments). All very straight forward - however - there is NO “Line-Out Levels” option in the app.App version is (iOS) version 80.00.08All attached SONOS devices are running the latest softw

Dear all, I've been used the Sonos 2 app on my Android Mobile phone since yesterday with no issues. Today I' ve upgraded the app but now it doesn't open anymore or at least takes more than one minute to become operational. When I open it the black splash screen with "SONOS" logo in white in the middle appears but remains stuck in this way...after some time the SONOS logo disappear and remains only the black screen....Some time I've to force-close the app....Sometimes -instead - after a long time the app showed me the main page and I'm able to use it... I've also tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it but with no success...always the same problem...My mobile phone is a  Realme X2 Pro and runs Android v. 11. It' s not a memory or processor issue because this problem only appears when I use the "new/updated version of the app…Does anyone faced the same problem??Thanks in advance 

Here‘s what happening:I choose setup new speaker I choose the Roam SL It says „There was a problem setting your Sonos Roam SL…Let‘s try something else“ Click Continue To continue, let‘s connect your movable device to the temporary network… I click Join Next your Sonos will play a chime… I click continue   It plays a sound Says finalizing connection… “We‘re having trouble finalizing the connection to your Sonos Roam SL I click Try Again it fails again „We couldn‘t verify the audio passcode“6 I try then the PIN number This also fails „There was a problem during setup“ I‘ve tried restarting my device, I‘ve tried on both my iPad and my iPhone. Is this speaker just broken?  What else can I try?

Is there an easy way of finding AM lossless tracks in the Sonos app?I want to play one, but for the life if me I can’t find one. Any examples appreciated.

After the latest Sonos update (16.1) my rear surrounds and sub mini were disconnected and I cannot get them reconnected and working again (my beam has been unaffected somehow?). Sometimes it finds them and says they're connected but they don't work and then disconnect almost immediately. Sometimes it just will not find them at all. I've tried all the ideas suggested in app, disconnecting the power adapters, rebooting the router etc. I also have tried reinstalling the app and setting up as a new system but nothing seems to solve it. I even tried rolling back to the previous version of the app but it wouldn't let me connect any new devices without updating it! I'm sort of out of ideas now System: 2x One SL rear speakers, sub mini, beam gen1. Connected by eArc to LG B2 TV

Hi there,I have a question regarding adv in the new app for iPad. I can’t close this thing in the middle of the screen.It looks like this“X” doesn’t work. It just open new window with more details.app version 80.01.11 but the same problem was in the previous version.Anyone with the same problem? Any solutions?
