BonjourVoilà mon problème Sur mon Play 3. Je n’ai pas trouvé de réponse. Play 3 configuré en Wifi à partir d’une box fibre Orange et un répéteur wifi. la configuration du Play 3 se fait sans problème je me connecte à partir de l’app S2 sans problème sur le Play 3 pour faire des recherches et lancer de la musique. le problème une fois la musique en cours message « connexion impossible remédions à ceci…. »j’ai suivi le re-configuration mais toujours même problème. j’ai déplacé le Play 3 plus près de la box orange toujours même problème. Sur l’app j’ai supprimé le Play et refais l’installation complète, toujours même problème. une fois la musique en route perte de la connexion et impossible de reconnecter le Play 3. seule possibilité pour arrêter la musique est le bouton pause sur le play 3. j’en suis arrivé à me dire que je vais changer mon plat 3 par une autre marque. Quelqu’un a t il déjà rencontré se problème ?une solution ?cdtJean-Pierre Moderator edit:Google Translate-Good morningTh

Hi,I have a two pair Era 100 that are connected to the computer (Mac) with Line in and it’s doesn’t work well.When I play a video or something else only one of the speakers work (the wired one). I tried to repair them and both worked to few hours and it’s back.How do I fix it?Thank you.

I just got two Era 300s and a sub for my house, where I host a lot of dance parties. I was super excited by how rich and powerful the sound was when I put volume up all the way, but I noticed it suddenly cut the volume down to 15% on certain tracks when the bass kicked in. I’m curious if this is a safety feature to keep the speakers from damaging themselves, or if there’s something wrong?I’m worried it’ll do that in the middle of the parties, but also don’t wanna damage the speakers. Thoughts?

Hello, my Sonos Arc has stopped working. There is no central connecting light red/green/white and the microphone light is constantly on (white.) Unplugged, re-booted……nothing at all??Thanks

My Sonos Arc, which has been working perfectly in the middle of a show on Netflix had some audio drops, where it would mute for a bit then come back on. Finally tonight, audio dropped then an incredibly loud blaring noise played for a second. After that all functionality was lost and my TV defaulted to using its own speakers. I saw someone say that an update was sent out ~4 months ago that solved this issue. This clearly isn’t the case as this has been a reported issue for over 2 years now. Is there any way to fix this, and does Sonos plan to actually fix this issue?

Hello, I have a new Sonos Move 2 Olive. I am happy with my purchase but I cannot get the 24 hour battery life. If I take the Move out of the charging dock, stream WiFi-radio true TuneIn and set the volume between 5 and 10, my Move 2 doesn't last much longer than 6 hours, 8 hours at most. What playback conditions is the 24 hour playtime based on? Greetings, Wim

Hi.  I have an Arc + 2 ONE SLs in the main room for TV.I recently retrieved my old turntable and amp and am thinking to connect it to 2 x ERA100 in a back room via Line-in.But it occurs to me that if the ERA100s are then added to my Wifi network,  is it possible to stream the turntable to Arc system in the main room using the Sonos app?Thanks

Hi!I am not sure where the issue lies, but I would really appreciate some help, as I am losing my sanity here. :) Here is my setup:1. Apple TV 4K, 1st gen2. Feintech VAX04101 eARC Pass Switch (video input set to 2nd HDMI (the Apple TV), audio set to Auto, eARC switch ON)3. Sonos Beam 2nd gen + Sonos Sub Mini4. Philips 55PUS6482 TV (has HDMI ARC, but not eARC, hence Feintech VAX04101)Now the issue is the following, which only started to happen recently, and I have no clue why. In the Apple TV, I have set audio out to Auto, and Atmos enabled. We first noticed that the Netflix shows does not have any dialogue for most trailers or even the shows if started. I also use Infuse to stream some stuff from my PC, and those (e.g. Blade Runner 2048), does also not have some of the dialogue. I suppose the ones that would be the rear speakers, but I don't have any additional speakers (I only have the Beam 2nd gen soundbard and the Sub Mini).If I switch manually on the Apple TV to 5.1 and Atmos is of

It's sad to buy a Sonos product in Portugal and not have the Google Assistant or Amazon Music that other devices brands have. Is Tidal on Sonos expected to be equivalent in quality to Amazon Music someday?Thanks

I have just ordered a Sonos Era100.with the intention of eventually buying another later for a  stereo sets up, and connecting a cd player to them to play all my CD’s. I also have a large Mp3 and Flac music collection on the computer,can I play these through the Era 100 via the era Jack socket connection in the meantime.

Since 15.2, Apple Music playback is far too loud and is preventing thousands (if not millions) from using their Sonos systems properly.  15.3 has just come out and it does NOT resolve this issue. Apple Music playback is still far too loud.Sonos support also do not care about the issue, will no longer respond to me, and have closed my ticket as being fixed.  See related thread -  

Hi,I have issues with my Sonos products getting disconnected - they show up as disconnected in the app. Sometimes the app fails to detect the Sonos system at all. After rebooting the speakers it runs fine for a day or so until the problems start again. I always thought this might be due to bad wifi because I was living in a small apartment in a big city and there wasn’t much I could do about wireless interference. However, I recently moved into my own house, updated all ethernet and wifi infrastructure - yet I still have these issues. The weird thing is that other devices on the same network run totally fine (streaming Netflix, etc.) and I do get a ping reply from all Sonos speakers all the time - so there are no “real” network disconnects/STP problems, etc. I used to have the same SSID for 2,4Ghz and 5Ghz Wifi, but recently splitted it, giving the 5Ghz a new name. Late in March 2024, my iPhone S1 app stopped seeing my Sonos devices.  I found earlier fixes that don’t help.  I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max with iOS 17.4Settings->Privacy & Security->Local Network->Sonos S1    is ON and was always ONSettings->Sonos S1->Local Network    is ON and was always ONI toggled the settings, rebooted my iPhone, and deleted and reinstalled the Sonos S1 app, to no avail.The same settings and symptoms are true on my wife’s iPhone X.  Sonos S1 used to work, now cannot find any devices.I know it’s the controller because the whole system is seen and works from the Sonos S1 PC app and by Python sonos macros on my Linux PC and my wife’s Windows PC, but it’s cumbersome to not be able to control from my phone.

Recently purchased a Sonos Arc, I installed in on the wall and hooked it up to HDMI and started using it right away.  we didn’t have any internet yet so I did not set it up in the Sonos app.  Now that we have internet I tried to set up the Arc through wifi, I tried countless times and it wouldn’t take.  I tried via Ethernet Cable and was able to add it and create a system, well, for about 2 minutes until it went offline.  I tried and tried to get it back and it would not locate my Arc. So I factory reset the Arc as per manual by unplugging the power and holding the pair button until the light goes white / orange.  Now even with the light slowly blinking green I cannot detect my arc on the app unless there’s a Ethernet cable plugged in, and even when I try to set up with an Ethernet cable which I didn’t want to use, it still won’t finish set up.  My Sonos sub on the other hand, paired with ny wifi connection no issues, sitting in the app waiting for a fricken speaker.  Arc sound works g

Ok so I used to be able to play anything on myphone over the Sonos system which was great because I produce and mix music and sometimes I want to throw it on to hear a mix for reference. Sometimes I’ll make a video of a performance with my camera roll and I want to hear the audio and I would throw it on the Sonos system… lately nothing plays that isn’t “Pandora or iTunes “ etc… I can’t play the audio from a video anymore? I can’t believe they would just turn that ability off?! What am I paying all this money to have these speakers if they don’t play everything I want to play through them? It’s ridiculous… I see people talking about airplay and I am not seeing anything on my phone showing the Sonos… I see screen mirroring and up where the air play is I can select the Move but then no sound from the camera roll… I’m kind of angry about this and I dunno if I’m missing something so I hope I’m wrong here before I got out and bash these guys on social media lol anyone know what’s up?? 

Hey Sonos community,I do not know how many of you use Tidal, but here’s what I found/experienced thus far using Tidal. When I do a search for an Artist within Sonos my return is half or less what I get back doing the exact same search on Tidal directly.  Do you experience the same thing? For example try searching for “Zola Blood” under albums on Tidal,  you get back 7 albums. When I do the exact same search on Sonos via the Tidal integration that Sonos markets so  prominently - you only get 3 albums on the return - What gives?? Anyone have any ideas as to WHY??

Hi, I'm a total novice. I'm going to buy a Sonos Beam (Gen 2) and additionally a few Symfonisk speakers. I read on the Internet that they can be used as surround speakers and that's why I had a few questions: - Is it possible to make the symfonisk speakers play continuously, e.g. when I watch something without an atmos track (or also with atmos)? - Is there a limit for additional speakers and can I set their position relative to myself using some equalizer? - Will everything I play on TV be heard by the set I create? - Is it possible to use this set also as a sound source for a Windows PC?

I am fairly new to multi channel music but enjoying my use of the Sonos Arc and Era 300.As I read other forums I note that some people state that their equipment can tell them how the music is being delivered. For instance 7.1.2, 5,1.0 etc There may be more info as well like modulation etc. It would be nice if I could see this info so I can learn more about what I am listening to Is there a way to obtain this info?I have looked around the Sonos app but not found anything TIA Steve

Hi,I recently changed my wifi service from Shaw to Telus ( Vancouver BC) and after that I am unable to log in though the wifi is being detected by SONOS and after putting the password the system just does not connect. I have bought the same from IKEA - SYMFONISK speakers . and how do you a hard reset on this speaker?
