I used to adjust my alarm weekly if not multiple times a week with my fluctuating work schedule. I know with the upgrade the alarm function was removed. However, my previous sonos alarm keeps going off every morning and now I can't edit or cancel it. I can no longer sleep in on my days off!!! Help! How do it get this fixed?!?

I have a Sonos arc two errors  300 and a generation three sub. According to a picture that I saw the subwoofer was in front next to the TV and the two eeros 300 Speakers were towards the back.  Is this the correct set up for both the subwoofer and the arrow speakers for not only music but home theater sound?

I have a Sonos AMP with speakers hard wired to my Kitchen and to my Patio.  I would like to be able to run those areas as two separate zones.  Is this possible or do I need a second amp?

The new app shows my named groups, but I don’t see any place to add or remove them? Plus as the Desktop apps have never supported them, that’s not a work-around either.

Can I connect Speakers on Bridge mode on Sonos Amp?? For example for a Subwoofer to get more power?

We use our Roam to play white noise in our daughters room. The speaker is set up in her room on the wireless charger. Previously it always worked fine, and then now it randomly just drops out and appears as “not connected” in the Sonos app. It’ll play for an hour or so, and then it disappears.  Hard rebooting the speaker via the button on the back returns it to the app and makes it usable again, but it’ll play for another hour or so and then randomly stop and disappear.  For reference: my home sonos system runs on Sonosnet channel 6

My Sonos system is now 10 years old and i purchased a NAS drive to store my music collection on and to use with my Sonos system. I am now having problems accessing my NAS drive using my laptop running windows 11 which i have resolved by changing the SMB settings but it creates potential security issues. Also my NAS drive will not last forever and this is an example of it becoming unsupported and obsolete. So i either need to buy a new NAS drive or move all my music and files over to Cloud storage subscription such as my Google drive or MS365. I have considered using Spotify but it is too much each month for the amont i would use it plus i have already purchased a lifetime of music and have it stored on my NAS drive. My questions are;Do Cloud storage subscriptions work well with Sonos or do you experience drop outs and failures? What new NAS drives would the community recommend? Does anybody use Plex media server as this was recommended by Sonos support?

Hello,My sonos roam appears as switched off in the sonos app. I have tried to charge it via USB c câble and wirh thé wireless "triangle"...none of them worked. I alors tried to reboot but didn't work...Would you have any suggestion ? Thanks !

Hey everybody, I purchased the Era 300 a few days ago and I absolutely love it, except for one thing that is driving me nuts: I listen to bass heavy music and it seems the case is vibrating quite often when I’m playing music. This is one of my most hated things as it just ruins the sound, even though I found the sound from the Era 300 to be excellent. This one thing is ruining the speaker for me and I want to know if this is common with this speaker, or if something in the build quality might be off and I need a replacement. I have it sitting on a turntable stand if that helps at all. If I put my hand on top of the speaker, the vibrating stops so I know the speakers themselves are fine. Anybody have any solutions? I appreciate the help!

In my iOS Sonos app, my speakers come and go on the system. Sometimes they are all there then one hour later only one is showing on the system. Why is that? I am tired of rebooting my modem and router, which is what i have to do to fix the problem.  It is very frustrating.

I have a sonos amp connected to Sonance outdoor speakers.  The speakers have both stopped working (only the tweater is working on each speaker). This is the second time in two years that the sonance speakers stopped working.   1. I have reset the amp2. Checked wiring3. Had sonos customer service perform diagnostics over the phone (listening to speaker).  He said the amp is working properly, this is a speaker issue.4.  I talked to Sonance customer service.  He said that the speakers are definitely blown.  He said this is NOT a common problem they see (and they put tons of them in marine environments).  He said that he thinks this is a sonos amp problem and while sonos amps can over power these speakers, properly functioning ones should not.  So, below is a review of my system. The outside zone consists of one sonos amp powered through a surge protector, 30 feet of 16-4AWG, Oxygen free, CL3 and burial rated wire to each speaker with only the black and red leads connected. Sonos one SL has stopped working, purchased Dec 2022. Troubleshooted by using power cord from the other working One SL and still no power. Was waiting on the 300's for now but was hoping help on this SL for now.

I downloaded tonight the new update of the app Sonos, and I don’t find anymore where I can program the Sonos alarm clock (hour, which room, which music, for how long, etc.)Is anybody can help me ?ThanksPhilippe

When will Sonos bring back the alarm function? Need to know if this is on the way so I can cancel the garbage men coming soon to throw my Sonos system away.

Greetings Forum-users👋 For the one’s that “are familliar” with me and my Sonos…i have now placed two Roam in my bathroom. I have been using them at grannys place but then i bought a couple of Ikea Symfonisk Lamp’s. Anyway….I have not been able to find a good spot for the Roam’s in the bathroom. I have placed them in a small window. They are set-up as stereopair just as an info. But(oh no,here he goes again😆😆😆) i’m not comfy with the sound(performance). Not that i’m suppose to creating a discoteque in my shower i think it’s a little doll. It might be that i should try move the Roam’s closer to the glass-corner where the shower is. For that i need some wall-mounts,and i’m pretty sure i’m not getting around the issue that i need to drill a whole in the wall for this mount to be. The Roam’s IS going to be ON the charger allways. Not gonna place them on this mount only when i’m in the shower.Then i start thinking: Why not try two Move’s(gen2) in stead. Buy two orginal Hooks and screw th

I have an arc and 2 ERA 300 units which have all connected fine however when I go to Conect the sub it gets stuck at the stage where you hold your device alongside the sub product above the indicator light as in the app. It just keeps saying can’t find the sub and you keep hitting refresh, but no Joy.
