I believe the new update has an issue with “top tracks” and “artist radio” when accessing Tidal.  I can’t find any way to add all tracks to my queue, only one track at a time.  The workaround of using the Tidal Ap (versus the Sonos Ap) then picking your Sonos products for output works, but this is an awkward workaround.  Please either fix this bug or let me know how to do it!  I am using my iPhone/iPad to access the Sonos Ap.

Thank you

Sadly, Sonos do not even remotely care about established users, it's all about getting new subscribers to boost the profit margin.
Roll back the app to V16 like most of us must do for the app to be useful.

No-one can add things to any queue or playlist. Queue management is being fixed in the next one or two updates in the next week or so. This should sort things out.

How do you roll it back to V16 on a iPhone?

Just checked again - it seems Sonos has fixed some, but not all of their queuing issues.  I still can’t play any “top tracks” or “artists radio” compilations other than one at a time.  I hope they fix this soon as it is one of the primary features I use on a daily basis!

I am also finding this software update inconvenient having been a long time Sonos user. All my devices are older (play 1, play 3, soundbar, etc) and they don’t work with all the new voice commands or Bluetooth. Now having reduced functionality with tidal basically renders my system useless and not the enviable sound system it used to be.

I hope Sonos sort the software soon and put the trade in on old products without voice assistant or Bluetooth up to 30% as I can’t afford to change everything at only 15% trade in value.

Tried to report to Sonos yesterday but there was 110 minute waiting time on the uk support line.

rant over. I’ll keep an eye out for tidal integration updates from Sonos!

I'm experiencing this exact same problem on my Android phone. It's extremely annoying!

Another TIDAL use here with the same issues.
listening to many new (to me) artists, and not being able to play top tracks is a major let-down.
I use TIDAL for the higher quality (over Spotify), and play via Ports to a good quality amp and speakers.
