So I’m doing the setup for surround speakers but I just don't understand what the app wants here.It asks me to get Infront of my TV and select the speaker I can hear.But where am I facing? Towards TV or rear speakers?Im selecting as you would face to the tv but it feels the speaker levels are off after TruePlay.So what is meant here? Facing towards TV or towards Speakers? Sorry but this is just confusing and unclear since it changes the whole setup.Maybe I'm overthinking here..

We have set up Sonos for sound for our TV. Periodically the TV link in the “Streaming Services” page disappears. Tried restarting phone and see if that helps. Sometimes it restores the TV icon but not always. Anyone encounter this and how did you fix it? 

we’ve moved from Spotify to Apple Music. It’s a shame the Sonos implementation of Apple Music is lacking this feature over Spotify.  we listen to the discovery and new for you playlists and would love to tap to add to a playlist.  It was talked about 6 years ago….Any updates?

The Qobuz menu on my Sonos app is in French. How can I change it to English? The Qobuz app on my iPhone is in English and all other music apps on Sonos are in English. 

Hi, code error 6 again… really like sonos but , every 2-3 months there is an issue with the system.. My wifi runs great.. Don't mind paying those expensive speakers but its pretty annoying to always have to shut down things 2-3 times to make things work. is there a simple solution. I have 2 play 5 in one room , Arc SL, 2 ONE SL and one sub in another room.. update required , not working when trying to updated , problem with updating system , not able to update..

Hi,Do you have any experience how to connect Sonos system with Optoma projector.I have Sonos system: Sonos Beam + Sonos Sub + 2 Sonos One.Projector: Optoma UHD 42I used to play movies from my McBook on my Optoma projector connected via HDMI cable, afterwards I choosed to play the audio from my Sonos system. Nowadays, this option seems not possible.Can you please let me know how can I synchronise those 3 devices: McBook+ Sonos system + Optoma projector. I was really thinking to purchase different projector, which will be more flexible to connect to Sonos system.Thank you in advance for advices or sharing experience. BR, Oleg

I just switched to Verizon wireless 5g ultra (not fios) and now can not get my sonos one (gen 2) or play bar to connect to wifi.  Can anyone help?

Hi, I have a sonos one and a sonos one sl connected together. the system says to do an update but gets stuck on the first stage. i restarted the router, tried from the mobile app and pc; if I start playback from spotify only one of the speakers works but the system detects them both how can i solve? thank you   

Hi all I have had a Play:5 at home for many years. My work place purchased some Sonos Ons SLs. I downloaded the new app as the original app couldn’t control these and logged onto the work account to be able to control them from my phone. All worked well...until, I bought a Beam for home! I set this up seamlessly, but as it also uses the new app, unbeknownst it has associated this to my work account. Is there anyway to transfer the Bean registration to my personal account without transferring the ownership of the whole system. Finding it all pretty confusing! Cheers in advance Steve

JBL 460 nc headset connects via  blue tooth when I turn headset off it shuts down bluetooth connection to Sonos Playbay requiring reboot each time it’s used.

Is there any workaround to make this work? I bought a port for ceiling speakers but would like more bass. 

I am looking to buy a SONOS Amp and have a couple of questions before taking the plunge…Firstly, I have a record player and CD player. Is there any way to connect both to the SONOS Amp as there is only one line-in connection? Can I get a spliter of some kind.andCan I use wireless headphone with the SONOS Amp?Thank youDMB

So I set up my Sonos with a wired network, but am curious if the Roam, which is still listed as wireless as expected, is it wireless to the Sonos network or is it connected my general wi-fi network. Thanks!

I have a Samsung TV in my living room that I use an Apple TV on. I play podcasts on it and frequently stream SiriusXM through the TV. There are two wired speakers connected to the TV - just left and right - no surround.I would like to add wireless speakers in my office and bedroom that have the same audio from the TV so I can listen while moving around the house. I bought a One SL thinking this would work without really looking into it first. Now I’m realizing there doesn’t seem to be a way to connect it to the TV.Is something like this possible and what do I need to buy? I’m happy with my TV speakers and don’t necessarily want to replace them but I would be willing to add a soundbar if that would work. 

My sub no longer is working with my 3 Ones and Beam. when I turn it on in the sub equalizer settings, nothing happens and any bass from my Ones diminishes.  anyine have this happen to them?  How was it resolved?

After pausing the Sonos Roam while using Airplay, the speaker refuses to resume once play button is pressed yet still shows the speaker is connected over airplay/wifi. Have seen several community discussions about this yet no answer. Please help Sonos this is insanely frustrating. Having to disconnect and reconnect is not how the speaker should work. 

Dear All,I just bought a Sub Mini ans tried to connect it with my Playbar on OS S2 (material version : 1.9.1.10-2.0). But I have an error message "A problem occured when adding your Sub Mini"The Sub is connected to my app, and it works when I connect it to my 2 Play:1.Could you please help me?

So I spent the last 1hour and 27mins on the line with a rep named “***” who clearly had no clue about Canadian Modems because she said they don’t have wi-fi!  I had to ask her if she was familiar because we don’t use routers here it’s just the modem that are FULLY WI-FI!  Long story short she never rectified a thing and once it got close to closing time all of a sudden her phone stopped working and she basically ended the call!  What a waste of my time!  So before I go on social media and start blasting “***” for this someone who has better experience with Play 1 not connecting please call me!!!!    Moderator Note: Modified in accordance with the Community Code of Conduct.

When playing music nothing comes out of the sub mini?

I currently have a number of Sonos speakers connected to my home network, they connect to a mesh network (although appears the always connect to the same mesh node but that’s probably by the by).  I’m hoping to use these speakers in a temporary locations where I might not be able to use the WiFi or it will be too slow to stream music effectively. Let’s consider plan a I can connect to the WiFi and plan b is I cannot connect to the WiFi.  Plan A - I think this relatively simple and I just set these up as a having moved to a new network, I probably won’t be able to connect to Ethernet but is it still possible? It is a large building with multiple access point and not sure of the exact setup but the login does not require a landing page, just a password and ssid.  Plan B (which might be more likely to be needed) - can I create an offline setup where I move the speakers and my home mesh network and while I won’t be able to connect to the internet, would it be possible to AirPlay an offline

I just had long talk with Nick in support. I have TV connected to Playbar and a home theater group (subwoofer + L & R Play1s). Playbar has ethernet. I also have multiple Play1s around the house. I group them all to playbar to hear TV (via audio Optical into playbar). None of the Play1s have ethernet and all are on the same network (via Eero mesh).  Problem is with TV playing or anything coming in via playbar’s optical audio (Roku, via TV, etc.) sound often drops (interruption) sporadically from the separate playbars. Not all speakers at once. One speaker drops, now then another speaker drops after but prior is back, etc. So, I can’t hear the TV sound (news) consistently if I leave the living room! Isn’t music (sound) throughout the house Sonos’ concept!?!! It does NOT seem to be a problem if I’m streaming music through the soundbar from Spotify, etc. Soundbar/theater and all Play1s have audio dependably. Perhaps this issue is limited to audio signals passing into the Soundbar from
