I have an Amp connected to in-ceiling speakers and a Beam. Everything is currently configured as a home theatre with the Amp wired speakers acting as surrounds. This is all in our living room in the main area of the house. Is there a way to have two setups on that system? One for use as a home theatre, and another for music (that would use the ceiling speakers more fully)?

Under the Surround Audio settings for the Beam, you can set Music Playback to FULL. This will allow you to get full stereo playback from both the Beam AND ceiling speakers when streaming music.
