We’re hosting an engagement party and it would be great if we could have the engaged couple set up their own playlist to play on our Sonos system. Anyone know the best way to do that?

Is there a way to play songs from the Apple Music app directly to a Sonos speaker (as opposed to using Sonos app with Apple Music as a source)?This can be done with the Tidal and Amazon Music apps. I like using them because the music service apps are better at accessing their content. The Sonos app has less options available.Thanks

I have a CD Deck+DAC feeding into a Connect:Amp (Gen 2) line In.I have two Sonos ONE (Gen 1) speakers I can successfully use as a stereo pair when streaming.I would like to play the Connect:Amp Line In Stereo to the ONE stereo pair.I have successfully got the Line In playing to A SINGLE Sonos ONE speaker but I can find no way of getting the Line In stereo to play through both Sonos ONE’s as a stereo pair. If I wasn’t bald already I would be tearing my hair out in frustration. As it is I am feeling stupid because I just cannpt believe what I want to do is not possible - I must be doing something wrong.  Can anyone help with an appropriate Idiot’s Guide for me?FWIW I am trying to set up the system using the Android S2 app. I have a direct ehthernet link to the Connect:Amp and the two Sonos ONEs are connected via my Wi-Fi. All components’ firmware is fully updated. I have factory reset and setup the SONOS system from scratch but to no avail.I don’t want to use a multi-room setup.If possib

I have been trying to get my Sonos Move to connect to my app or the internet for a few days now. It will connect to one or the other, but not to both. I have restarted it, trouble shooted, anything the troubleshooting part of the Sonos website told me to do. Eventually it tells me “connected, you may not see it on the system, you can fix that in the app” and it makes me start all over again. 

When I turn my TV on the volume is always on low so nothing can be heard, even if it was previously on loud. I have an Sonos Arc connected to an LG TV. This also happens if the tv is paused for a prolonged time, the sound goes back to a minimum. Any idea how I can fix this?

I have an older Yamaha receiver, RX-V4600 with a Connect as line out in a system consisting of 3, Play:1’s, and a Port. The Connect with the Yamaha receiver is behind all the other music sources. I found an older thread saying to turn off audio processing on the Yamaha. The owner’s manual gives me no way to do that other than a feature called “Pure Direct” which is supposed to bypass decoders and processors. I have enabled this feature and the latency is still present.Any ideas? Thanks for the help in advance. 

I’ve tried wired and wireless but the sonos app does not connect to my Connect. I’m not sure if it is a clue but the LED on the front of the box is solid white all the time. I have tried doing a factory reset and have reset my router but nothing has changed? Can anybody help?? Thanks

Hi,A couple of days ago I bought a Sub Mini to pair with my Arc that I have had for a few month. After I had connected the Sub I noticed the white led started flashing on the Arc a few times every minute. Sometimes just one flash, other times two or three flash. It´s just random, not like every 10 sec or so.It took me some time to figure out that it’s happening when the Arc is receiving PCM audio. When playing Dolby or disconnecting the Sub in the app the flashing stops.So for for example if I set my Xbox Series X to Uncompressed 5.1 or Uncompressed 7.1 the led are flashing. If I set it to Dolby Digital or Dolby Atmos it´s not flashing.And on my Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 it´s flashing if the audio source is PCM if I´m not using Dolby audio processing option in the Shield settings, If I´m using Dolby audio processing the Sonos app will report Dolby digital plus 2.0 instead of PCM 2.0.The Sub works as it should (I think) when using PCM but the flashing is annoying :)The led option is off in

I have a Beam v1 and two One SL’s in surround set up. Recently, the sound has been regularly cutting out on the One SL’s but still plays on the Beam. I’ll try to describe what happens.The sound cuts out from the One SL’s, and there’s a split-second loss of sound from the Beam. After a few seconds there’s another split-second loss of sound from the Beam, and then the One SL sound returns about one second later. This can happen a couple of times per minute, or not happen for several minutes. I’ve tried unplugging them all and also the wi-fi router but haven’t noticed any difference. Any ideas?

Thank you for taking the time to read this.  Since I received a Sonos Move for Christmas, our enthusiasm led us to add two Sonos Ones and a Sonos Roam.  We’re pretty excited, because when we can get sound to come out, they’re great!  Over time however, I keep running into a specific point of frustration.I’m on Android (Galaxy S21; fully updated), and my preferred music service is Pandora (fully updated and cache cleared).  I can get music to play via the casting option within Pandora for about 5 to 8 songs, but then it appears a disconnection occurs.  Sometimes it tells me that I’ve lost connection.  Other times, it tells me that someone else is streaming from my account, but they’re not as it appears that the Sonos app is trying to play Pandora.  Other times, it simply becomes unresponsive and seems to lock up.  I’ve read through lots of threads here trying to find answers.  Music seems to play just fine through the Sonos app, but I lose a lot of functionality: can’t see what songs ca

I can, sometimes, hear the crummy doorbell ring.Now I want to add an electronic doorbell/camera to this mix.I am looking at the Google Nest Wired doorbell.  Wired, so I don’t have to mess with batteries.  I could care less if the existing chime worked. I could even disconnect the chime itself, since it isn’t always loud enough. I want the signal from the bell to connect to the Nest Router and from there to the Sonos speaker and chime over the speaker. I see a lot of content saying you can get the doorbell to ring through a Google speaker but I don’t want to buy another speaker jus

Hey there, I’ve been using Sonos systems at my place for over 4 years now and love their music playback quality. But it’s riddled with constant random music drop outs that can totally spoil music listening sessions. Currently, a paired (IKEA bookshelf) Sonos Speaker set in the kitchen are malfunctioning and not even showing on the list of available speakers. I managed to get them to play the music by pressing/holding the play button on the speakers.  While I have a feeling this will be ignored by the support staff or anyone that can do anything at Sonos’ end, I thought to still put it here. But thought to put it here. Please note that I had actually more Sonos speakers at my place and recently returned my Arc as it failed to produce a workable center channel/dialogue while watching media. I had to constantly play with the volume, bass, night mode and speech enhancement and it never really worked. I have an Arc, Sub and 2 One SL’s for rear speakers. I listen to music using my Apple TV 4th Gen and the Apple Music app. I do not get sound from the rear speakers. However, if I listen to music using the Sonos app on my iPhone I get sound from the rear speakers. Any suggestions.

Sonos app failed to connect to any components my Sonos System (Two Beams - Gen 2  & 1 Move).Followed diagnostic instructions to turn off all 3 speakers, but one of the Beams did not re-connect.  One Beam successfully connected, as did the Move.Best Buy - Geek Squad is returning tomorrow morning to troubleshoot this latest connection failure.I’m beginning to think that this Sonos purchase was a very bad idea.  I cannot trust it to work properly, it has been unstable and not dependable. Every time I open the app, I’m fearful something else will go wrong. Not a very healthy way to live!

I have been battling this issue now for almost a year. I have 2 routers. The primary router is where the internet comes into my house. From there, I have an Ethernet cable that runs approximately 125 feet into my garage and connects to another router (R6900v2). I have problems with my Sonos speakers dropping connection in my garage. In my opinion they are trying to grab the signal from the primary router in the house. I have contacted Sonos, my ISP, and Netgear. No one seems to help. Sonos says put the garage router in Bridge mode. I have tried, but am not tech savvy enough to trouble shoot. When I’m bridge mode, I can not access internet. The last time I asked the Netgear community, I was told to run in access point mode. I have asked a few different techs at NETGEAR.  They confirm to put router in access point.  This does not work either. My speakers play for about 20-30 minutes and then drop. My ISP is no help at all. Can someone please help?!?!?  

I got a sonos x ikea symfonisk, when I downloaded the app and almost set up the symfonisk, I was meeted with an error saying that my sonos device could not connect to my sonos account. Can somebody please help me?

I have an Arc, Sub and Roam. Currently playing music (streaming connected AppleMusic) on all three … but cannot control / stop / volume any of them, as the app is not loading any of the music services, and in the “settings” tab I only see the Roam. I have tried to “add product”, but the Arc & Sub are not found.All products and services were showing up earlier. I have signed out and back in and I have reset the app. App version is up to date.What am I doing wrong?

I have an Arc+Sub and Roam. The Arc+Sub keeps disconnecting from my app - for example, when I leave home and return. The Roam reconnects, but the Arc+Sub don’t. Every. Single. Time.Some suggestions on here include unplugging the routers … but I cannot do that every time, surely?Any help, please?I go into Settings, and click on “Add Product”, but my it does not find my system. It just keeps searching (see pic below), but does not find anything. Am I doing anything wrong? This is fairly recent behavior, and hugely frustrating. I’ve signed out and back in, I’ve reset the app, nothing seems to work.  

I have a SaavnPro account.  However, I cannot play Saavn music through Sonos.  I have tried reauthorizing the account a few times.  When I try to pay a radio channel on Saavn through my S/ones app, I get an error message that says “connection to Saavn was lost”.  Please advise on what I need to do to fix this. Hi everybody, I actually have 2 Symfonisk (gen 2).I plan to replace my TV soundbar with a Sonos Beam (gen 2) + Sonos Sub MiniI would like to know if it possible to make 2 separate listening profile like this :The 2 Symfonisk + Sub Mini to listen to music Sonos Beam + Sub Mini to listen and watch to the TV? In other words, is it possible to share the Sub Mini in 2 separate configuration? Everything is in the same room next to each other.  Thank you very much for your help Regards Olivier

Help for a Sonos newbieIm wanting to purchase Sonos speakers for my home. A mixture of static and portable. Can I mix these but keep them all in the same group to play same track throughout the house. How do I do this from my iPhone? Will it connect to all the speakers in the group!? 

I’ve recently been gifted a Sonos Roam… Can anyone tell me if I purchase the Qi wireless charger, will the Sonos Roam be able to be left powered on permanently and act as a 24/7 Wi-Fi speaker without auto powering off?Ideally want to use it for 24/7 voice assistant for Alexa and not have to manually power it on to use.Thanks
