Can anyone help me understand why my Sonos Play 3 won’t let me play music that I own? The message says that I need to renew my Apple Music subscription. I don’t want Apple Music, just to play the music I purchased on iTunes astoundingly frustrating

I have a villa which is rented out Airbnb etc and we have a Sonos system in property and I am looking for best procedures for guests to use the system - do they have to set up a system every time some one new moves into villa or is there a simple method ?

I just moved my Sonos system to a VLAN, which is not the VLAN my main network (including my phone) is on.  Now, of course, none of my Sonos apps, phone or PS sees my system.  Is there any way to get them all working together (short of putting my speakers back on my main VLAN?  Don't really want to do that, as that'll lessen the security of my network.

HI , I have 2 Sonos systems that generally work very well. They are 10+ years old.Problem I cant seem to figure out : My spotify account is available on all systems. When anyone is using SPotify on one of the systems , the system seems to think its me using it and because Spotify won't let my login us the streaming service on multiple devices at a time it shuts me off , and keeps the Sonos system working in one of my homes that is using the service. This is very frustrating when I am using Spotify away from the  home , but another person in the  home is using it and kicks me off. ANy thoughts here ?

Hi there!Does anyone have any advice on how to connect a Firestick Lite (connected to a video projector) to my Sonos One SL? The Firestick doesn't see the Sonos speaker when searching in discovery mode?Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks

I have just attached my new Sonos arc to my Sony A1e and the only audio input I see on the arc is Stereo pcm. I have tried testing films from both an Apple TV plugged into the Sony tv and the Netflix app on the Sony tv but I get the same result . I know the Sony only has ARC, not eARC, but I would have expected to at least get Dolby digital into the  Arc. Any ideas what connections or settings I can try?

The Sonos app won’t open on IPhone all of a sudden. The sonos screen app reads, freezes then closes. Any thoughts on this? The system is unusable now

Ok so decided with all my Sonos equipment I have I wanted with the new era units and new LG OLED 2023 G series I wanted to set it up the right way.  got the TV mounted and of course the room isn’t a square. But now I replaced the Sonos pair of ones with the new era 100’s. And have a pair of the era 300. What’s the best placement and use of these.  someone told me the 100’s should be to the right and left of you cornered a bit if it’s a corner room and then the era 300 to be used as surround sound in the rear corners A bit. Meaning I should use the mounts and change room set up?? I know what I know and know what I don’t

I just purchased a Ray sounds bar and 1 Sonos One SL. I connected by Ray to my TV. Can I have the One SL play the same audio that is going through the Ray from the TV? I have the Ray connected via the cord not bluetooth.

I added a local station off Tunein (107.9, K-wave) to My Sonos. If i say HS play 107.9 or play K-wave it always defaults to playing some other station from Tunein with 107.9 or K-wave. Want to set this up for the wife so she has the ability to call this up.Also, I added a complication album from my Plex library to My Sonos and when I call it up the response ends up playing either Pandora or Apple Music. Please help.

I have two Sonos Arc’s each with Subs in two rooms. Each time I launch the app and try to play music say from Iheart or anyone it says system disconnected. It says let’s find your products and then says it “we couldn’t find any products on” the wifi network. I keep having to restart the router, turn off the sonos products for it to reconnect. Once I get all four functioning and turn it off the next tie I open the app to play music again it says disconnected and won’t connect or play the speakers. I have to repeat the turning off and on of everything. Any suggestions?

I am using Alexa on an echo dot and it plays music through my Sonos One gen2. Is the echo device superfluous here? Which device is actually converting the digital music stream to analogue (I presume that the Sonos has the superior DAC). Thanks.

I have a Beam gen2 with a sub and two era 100s for surrounds. I cannot get any sound when trying to play a game console (Nintendo Switch or Xbox 1) Any solutions to this?

Spotify keeps jumping tracks  - reset network and reinstalled the app ?

Had 2 Sonos speakers for a few years now. Today some songs skip due to “not encoded correctly” error (appears on desktop and app controllers). These songs have always played without. problem previously and they are in a playlist created 10 years ago on iTunes (Where they still work without error). One particular playlist skips the first 3 tracks entirely. I have read some explanations which. claim. it could be wifi interference, but this issue is only on specific songs not constantly.

I’m trying to balance the tv sound bar and LandR speakers but it says one of my speakers is lost?  All plugged, switched on and working.

I noticed this morning that I can no longer tap the volume bar for a room/group to increase/decrease it by one notch at a time. Is this a bug or a new change?I have asked others and it's not an issue for them.Android, Pixel 6a, Sonos app 15.2.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it's still an issue.Edit: fixed! But there's still an issue that needs fixing in the Sonos app.. I have a disability, and one of the issues I have is speaking - I recently enabled text-to-speech accessibility setting in Android (basically, a toggle floating on the screen > tap it > tap an area on the screen, then it reads out the text - could be useful). Turned out it stopped that particular volume control feature on the Sonos app - l I had to turn off the accessibility setting then restart my device for Sonos volume to work properly again.I have no idea if Sonos can work around this (it only affected a specific feature of the volume control), but I'm sure I'm not the only one with Sonos that a

Hello, My currently set up in a medium size bedroom: Beam 2, Sub Mini and 2 One SL’sI want to stick with Beam 2 and Sub Mini as I think it enough for my room, but I would like add more enhances surround sound when playing Atmos content. My question is: Worth upgrading my One SL’s to Era 300’s? Since the Beam 2 does not have Up firing Speakers will the 300’s still work well?  Thanks!

I have a arc with 2 ones and a sub for surround set up with trueplay.if I turn off ones and sub does the arc play as a stand alone product, or as it would as part of the group?

can't turn on microphone on sonos arc

Would a One SL be recognized and effective as a rear center?

With the latest software update it is difficult and frequently impossible to group my speakers when I try to play Deezer (maybe some other audio services). My diagnostic code is 830627147.  Best regards

If I connect a T1 to an Era 300 will it be possible to play vinyl through my existing Move and Playbar? thank you

On my E300s there is a 13 second delay when listening via airplay. This is from both my Mac and my iPhone. The same devices have a 2 second lag when airplaying to other devices including my Sonos 5s, Ones, Arc, and Apple HomePods. Thirteen seconds seems pretty excessive. Is there some setting I'm not seeing that can fix this?Normal wifi play is instantaneous. I

When trying to follow the Google Assistant setup guid and the small gif showing how th app should look, the “Add Google Assistant” button is not present in the app while it shows in the clip. When following the, I don't get past the guide page in the app telling me to install the app, login in and adding my Sonos and my Music services. My Sonos devices has been added in the Google Assistant app, and the music service as well without any issues. The Google App just reports that it cannot find my units. Does an updated point-by-point guide exist that actually matches the Sonos app(and maybe even also the Google Assistant app?
