Unable to group my sonos speakers

With the latest software update it is difficult and frequently impossible to group my speakers when I try to play Deezer (maybe some other audio services). My diagnostic code is 830627147.

Sonos support doesn’t live here in these forums, although sometimes you can get a reply from the moderators. 

You’d be much better off if you were to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
