The Sonos app won’t open on IPhone all of a sudden. The sonos screen app reads, freezes then closes. Any thoughts on this? The system is unusable now 

 

Delete and re-install the Sonos app on your phone. You should reboot your phone too.


Make sure that when the ‘new’ app opens, you choose ‘join existing system’. Everything is stored on the speakers, you won’t lose anything.
