My Sonos Roam and Move are inside house and neither are playing on Apple Music but Roam is playing on Bluetooth.

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
First, however, please switch your router off for at least 30 seconds, and Reboot your Sonos products and test again before calling. Thanks.
