I bought for the firts time a product of Sonos, ERA 300.
I have a doubt, please.
When i do the trueplay for android the microfone behind has to be open… OK….but in which direction? near the wall behind...or versus the open area of the room?

Are you asking if you should move the Era 300 to a different location/position than it normal will be placed in your room? If that’s the question, then the answer is no, leave the speaker in the same spot it will be when you’re using it normally.

The microphone on the Era300 must be on and showing a White light.
Are you asking if you should move the Era 300 to a different location/position than it normal will be placed in your room? If that’s the question, then the answer is no, leave the speaker in the same spot it will be when you’re using it normally.
+18Just to be sure… because it’s your first Sonos product.
On the back is just the hardware switch to enable or disable the build in microphones. There‘s not the position of a microphone. 😉
