Hi, I was wondering if there was a soundbar in development (as I could not see one available) with multiple HDMI ins and a HDMI eARC out. I currently am on the market to upgrade my old non-smart system in my bedroom/ home cinema but the projector only has 2 HDMIs (one of which would be used by the eARC to connect to the SONOS ARC) and I have multiple inputs I would like to use (DVR, games consoles). I know SONOS competitos have systems that would fufill my needs but would rather everything in the house stays within the same ecosystem if possible.Thanks

Hi,i was wondering how from floor I can mount Sonos arc from the floor for my HY setup.projector:Epson LS12000 (has earc port)screen 1 : 150 inch (74.5 inches height+0.5 inches away from top of the ceiling)or Screen 2 : 135 inch (67inches height+0.5 inches away from top of the ceiling)Total height of the wall where screen is mounted is 90inches.So i am left with around 15inches from the floor or 22.5inch if going with 135 screenIs it too low to mount the arc around 15inches from floor? 

I have a Sonos Beam Gen 2 sound bar and a Hisense U6H 55" TV that I got at Christmas. They’re connected with the HDMI cable that came with the Beam via the eArc port on the TV. The sound will randomly cut out while watching… pretty much anything.It will work most of the time, but sometimes it cuts out when starting the next episode. Sometimes it will cut out randomly in the middle of something.The worst seems to be streaming shows and movies with Dolby Atmos sound such as Secret Invasion on Disney+.Most of the time the issue can be fixed by going into the TV settings and changing the output from eArc to TV sound, then back to eArc. But videos with Dolby Atmos are completely unwatchable with the sound bar.How can I fix this?

Seen plenty of similar topics but none that quite hit the mark for me.  I have an LG G3 connected to a Sonos Arc. I’ve tested Atmos streams from Apple TV and from my Sony UBP-X700. No matter what I try I cannot get Atmos audio to work. The TV itself confirms the Atmos stream is sending to the soundbar. eARC is enabled. I’ve tried multiple HDMI cables, including a brand new 8k cable.  The Sonos app reports the stream as:Dolby Multichannel PCM 5.1No sound is audible. The LG audio settings:HDMI input: BitstreamDigital Sound Output: PassthrougheARC Support: enabled Any ideas?

Both move’s connected to iPhone bluetooth, but only one plays. How do I stereo pair the two moves?

Hi,I bought 2 one SL and I would like to link them with my play 5 1st gen. I try to upgrade the play 5 and it was not possible. Do you know if it is possible ? I trry to downgrade the One SL and it was not possible. Do you know if it is possible ? Any idea on how to create one system ?  Thanks

I love controlling my Sonos system with the proprietary desktop app and the S2 app on iPhone. One of the most convenient features when listening to Spotify was the ability to tap the heart icon (within the Sonos app) to easily add the song to my Spotify account’s Liked Songs playlist.What happened to this feature? The icon was located directly to the right of the “next” button on both mobile and desktop Sonos apps but now is silently gone.I understand there have been some changes to Spotify’s approach where they’ve replaced the heart icon with a plus icon (at least on their mobile app). This allows for more control on what that button does, i.e., which playlist you want to add it to. So I understand the Sonos integration may be limited now with that added layer of complexity. Perhaps half question, half conversation starter. Anyone else notice this change?  Is there any info or knowledge on what happened to this heart icon?Cheers

I have a pair on Sonos One speakers in my enclosed lanai and a few weeks ago they started turning on by themselves in the middle of the night (midnight, 2am 4am), almost every night, and at 100% volume.  I have checked everything I can’t figure out why they are turning on.  I now have to keep them unplugged when ever not in use.  Aggravating!

Hey all!If I use another iPhone than mine to true tone my system does that work for all devices? I am using a beta and it does not work to true tone but I can use my son's iPhone. Cheers!

I want to unpair my playbar from a Spectrum remote.  My app doesn’t have the remove playbar function.  The guy I talked with at Sonos said this couldn’t be done. And I should just unplug the IRcable.  This doesn’t solve my problem because I want to use my Sony remote on my playbar  any help would be appreciated Thanks george poe  

I used my Sonos on my trip to Italy. I Charge it with my HP latop charger. However now it doesnt turn on anymore. When plugged in - first the White light flashes twice and then the for Red lights of the battery Status turn on.Any Suggestion or hint?  

i use sonos connect. sonos software is up to date on all devices (11.10.1). i have about 100gb of mp3 in my music folder on mac (less than the 65,000 limit). ALL albums in certain folders (e.g.- Los Lobos, CSNY) do not play and album artwork doesn’t load as in other folders. error message on devices and mac is “the song is not encoded correctly” even though it is mp3. i have updated music index numerous times with the same result. i have been using sonos connect for over 10 years and never had this problem until recently. nothing new has been added to my system. any known reason why this is happening? any suggestions on how to remedy it?

My Beam Gen 2 always disconnects when I turn the tv off, when I turn the tv back on and try connect the been through the app, it thinks the device is not connected to the tv. I have to unplug and plug the hdmi back into the tv (sometimes numerous times) for it to connect again. Can someone please help so I don’t have to try chase up a refund 

I recently installed several era 100 units for a client.   They are all connected to Alexa.  50% of the time when I tell Alexa to play something on a era100, I can see in the Sonos app the music change and start playing but I have no sound.   I have to press pause, play in the Sonos app for it to have sound.    It’s doing this on all the era100 units.    Any ideas?   Never encountered this before.  

I have a pair of Play 1 speakers - part of a surround system.  All of the speakers in my house are connected  and are showing up on my app but one of my Play 1 speakers no longer has sound?  The pause and volume level buttons work on the system on my iPhone and it looks like it’s playing but no sound from the speaker.  It was working fine recently. I tried power cycling and resetting the Sonos app and also factory resetting. When I factory reset I followed instructions and it cannot complete the audio pin and when I push the buttons it pairs and looks fine but there is no sound. the other play one in the same surround system is still working fine.

I am using iOS 17 beta and just got a new Beam Gen 2. The app does not support Trueplay and I was wondering if there is a Sonos beta app available. I am on the beta program but can't find a beta 🙁Is there a beta for iOS available?Thanks. 

Hello, I’ve a strange behaviour between Amazon Music and Sonos S2I explain : I have a playlist in Amazon music, when I open this playlist through Sonos S2, it doesn’t play the title of this playlist but totally different songs !! That’s crazy ! Do you already have this kind of behaviour ?What can I do to avoid it ? Thanks in advance for your help

Using the Sonos S1 app, I decided to try loading Plex on my Synology DS218j NAS. When I tried to play music I got an Access denied message, both from Plex and from Sonos Music Library. I then decided to revert all changes that I could, uninstall the S1 app and forget about Plex. However, now when I try to add a music library share, I get an error “Access to the share …… is denied - check the user name and/or password”I have speakers running on the S2 app without a problem.Any ideas?

I have an alarm set to a radio station (via Audacy) most mornings (M-F) that has been working for a very long time (many months).  For the past few weeks, the radio starts playing but after 2-3 minutes it suddenly switches to the Sonos Chime.  Consistently, every day at the same time (a couple of minutes after the radio starts).  I’ve tried changing several settings, but it does this every day.  I can turn it off and turn on the radio, but this is very annoying.Note:  This is on a Play:1, though I also have another Play:1 and a Play:5Has any of the software changed because it’s only started doing this recently.  Any ideas on how to fix?

Hi,Help needed from the forum please!My set up - Arc, era 300 (x2) as surrounds and a mini sub connected via eARC to LG G2 tv. When connected via apple 4K I have no sound on Netflix or Prime apps when settings are set to Dolby Atmos, when I switch to 5.1 I have sound across all streaming services. Dolby Atmos works on the normal TV and the Apple TV app, but not the Netflix or Prime apps via the apple TV 4K, the only work around is switching the setting to 5.1 on the apple 4K settings. Can anyone help me with this, as I would ideally not have to switch setting and hoped that the apple 4K would auto switch between atmos and 5.1 when available without changing settings time and time again?Thanks  

I have a ARC, Sub, two One SL, and just picked up 2 Era 100s. I didn't realize that you can't add more than 2 surrounds when I purchased the Era 100s. The idea was the create 7.1 surround here which I guess is only truly achievable buy purchasing the Era 300s. But the price tag on those is insane for two of them. As a work around I have the SL ones now configured as stereo only and the Era 100s are now my surrounds. I can get the stereo only pair to play along with the setup but it's super annoying to have to use this work around. When will we get an update to enable 4 surround speakers without having to do this work around? If I had known about this earlier I wouldn't have purchased the additional units. They also can't be controlled with the same remote unless you purchase a third party remote to control them at the same time or manage the sound directly through the app. So everything I turn the TV on I have to manually group the additional stereo only speakers to the rest of the sys

Why doesnt my sonos 1 with alexa complete my verbal command to 'play Jazz on Pandora'?  Sonos 1 repeats: 'playing jazz on Pandora' BUT-- doesnt play the station at all, just silence.   However, when I use sonos 1 via sonos app/room, it plays the pandora station I requested? How can I fix this?
