My Sonos system is registered with a Play5 Gen1, Play3 and Sub-mini. The upgrade offer page shows a 15% discount available against Play3 but no discount against Play5 Gen1. Play 5 should be eligible for 30% discount. What do I need to do to trigger the discount offer for Play5?

Big Sonos user, using it throughout my house daily. I just put down a downpayment on Trimlight lighting, which has music sync capability. I’d love to be able to have my lights beat to my Sonos system. Talking to the Trimlight guy, he says I would need to connect an Aux cord directly in to my Trimlight box (from a Sonos speaker). Is there a Sonos speaker or way that I can do this? Any thoughts? 

I have read that Apple down-mixes Dolby Atmos so that it can be delivered via Apple Music using AAC 256kbps in stereo i.e. they are simulating Dolby Atmos in stereo and I guess this is why they call it Spatial Audio? Does anyone know if this is correct, or whether Spatial Audio is in fact being delivered using the Dolby Digital Plus codec without down-mixing.  Long story short I am trying to figure out whether Apple's Spatial Audio (and Amazon Music Unlimited I guess) is using all of the Era 300’s drivers or just simulating through stereo when playing via S2 app.

My sonos system cannot find the network.  I went from a wireless network to a cable network due to connectivity issues.  I added the ORBI and my sonos system cannot find the network.  I have read all the help and gone down a rabbit hole of troubleshooting, reset the system, deleted the app and reinstalled it. The app is greyed out on my name, network, and service. Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thank you. 

Hello. I own:1x One. In room a.1x Arc in room b2x Era 100 in room c as stereo couple. When I open the Sonos App in my iphone I see either room a and b, but not room c.When I “kill” the App in the iphone and open it again, it shows me only room c, but not room a and b.When I “kill” the App again and open it again, it shows again room and b only.This means I can switch what I see every time I kill and restart the App. But I never see all rooms with all devices at once.Any idea? What I really want to do is to add the 2x Eras and the Arc in one room, but this is not possible due to the problem. I never see them together. I also don´t see them together when I put them in the same room on the app. Additional info:All rooms can be seen at the same time by my Apple Macbook. Also, all devices are visble at the Alexa App.As Access Point and Router I use a Unify Dream Router. I already rebooted this router while the Sonos devices where unplugged and re-plugged them one after the other.Also, the r

I have 2 tvs each with a Beam. When I say Alexa turn on tv it is turning on the wrong tv (1)..did not behave like this before. I have disconnect voice assistant on tv 1 but it still understands the on command and tv 2 does not.

Hi,I currently have a Rega Planar 3, Rega MK5, integrated amp, and Polk R200s. I am looking at the Port so I can connect to other Sonos speakers in my house. However, if I don't want to connect to the other Sonos speakers, is it possible to disable the Sonos Port and have the analog signal maintained to my Polks? 

My Denon AVR X3700H has a 12v Triggger Out port. I would like to add a Sonos Port so I can add the AVR to the rest of my Sonos speakers. Will the Port turn on the Denon with the 12v trigger if I turn it on using the Sonos app, or is the Denon set up to go the other way and turn on the Port when I fire  up the AVR?

I have lots.of Sonos gear,... and been a user for 6 plus years... Never had an issue with streaming the BBC,.and negotiated the Tunein/BBC Sounds change with no disruption. Suddenly yesterday morning I was unable to connect to BBC Sounds. 'the  connection to BBC Sounds was lost'. I've reauthorise, deleted reconnected etc. Yes, my account thas a UK. Address.etc.I can Bluetooth from my phone or tablet to a Move, but nothing on all the speakers.  I've tried my usual favourites and direct from the BBC service. Has anyone else had this?  Is it an update issue? Have Sonos and the BBC fallen out (again!) Any help would be appreciated Cheers     

I have a Sonos Arc capable of Dolby Atmos connected via the eARC to a LG C1 OLED. When attempting to watch Dolby Atmos Endorsed movies (i.e., Top Gun Maverick) the best audio I can get is Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 as indicated by the Sonos App. I have tried the following to correct for the absent Dolby Atmos:1) Unplugged the television for one minute2) Worked with customer support at Prime video to ensure the correct settings were selected3) Worked with LG customer service to ensure the correct settings were selected. LG customer service suggested it was a Prime Video App issue, the not television4) Deleted and reinstalled the Prime Video App5) Ensured Max, Disney+, and Prime Music worked with Dolby Atmos. They all work with Dolby Atmos.5) I unplugged the Arc, turned Dolby Atmos off, selected TV speakers, and then plugged the Arc back in6) eARC is activated on the LG television At this point, I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.Thank you, JR

I ask Alexa to “Play The Rolling Stones”. Alexa responds with “This Is The Rolling Stones from Spotify”. Nothing happens. I have tried uninstalling Alexa and Installing Google Assistant. Same result. Have reset the One back to factory settings. Have installed and uninstalled the Sonos app. No joy. Nothing on the Sonos status page to indicate any outages or problems. Not a good introduction to Sonos for my first product bought yesterday. Any solutions or suggestions welcomed. I’m the Sonos account holder in my household. Others in the household use the Sonos app on their devices without signing into my Sonos account. I’m noticing that changes I make to “My Sonos” (e.g. adding a favourite station or playlist) gets reflected in the “My Sonos” tab of other members of the household, even though they aren’t signed into my Sonos account.Is any way to configure user profiles for the “My Sonos” tab (or some similar concept) so each person in the house can have their own “My Sonos” favourites and tab configuration?

HelloI have beam gen2 plus sub gen3 and would really like to add my turntable to the set up. I’m going round in circles (pun intended) trying to decide between an amp, a port or a 5 with a line in. I’ve tried cabling it up to my tv with the RCA but it won’t play through the HDMI arc, it will play via its own input but I don’t want the tv on whilst playing.A second hand 5 is probably most cost effective but would that work with what I already have?  Also tried combining the HDMI into 1 input into the beam but it didn’t like it.  Many thanks in advance. steve  

So here's a weird problem I have this morning. My Sonos app on my iPhone refuses to see my Sonos Port but my Spotify app on the same iPhone has no problem seeing it and streaming music to it.  Any ideas how to get the Sonos app to see it? I have tried restarting the app multiple times. 

When I search for an artist in the Sonos controller app, and click through to view their catalog, it should be possible to order by release date. Also, I would like to be able to distinguish albums from singles or EPs.Especially if an artist has a large catalog, the app does not provide enough information to navigate it. 

I had a functioning S1 system a mix of Play 1’s and the original S3. I tried to help an exercise studio I use who were having trouble with their Play 1.  I brought it home and mistakenly ended up upgrading my Play 1’s to S2 but the original Play 3 and bridge aren’t upgradeable. I have now removed the bridge and the S3 is running on the S1 app. When I try to run the S2 app I get the  “Sonos found on NETWORK NAME” message. I don’t want to run the S1 app so I go to Options. if I select Forget Sonos Sytem will that mess up the existing S1 system?  I have already caused upset with My family - quite understandable and just need to get the S1 & S2 system running and if I can, prove that the Studio’s Paly1 does work which I now know is set to run on the S2 app.Happy to try another route just don’t want to be going down more rabbit holes. thanks 

My Sonos ARC center led’s are flashing a pattern of red, white, orange and green. The guides indicates it is in diagnostic mode and to press the join button to get out of it but that does not seem to help? It will work if I ask it thru Alexa to play music but can not get it to get sound from the TV. Any thoughts ??

We typically select music through our Sonos app, select the room we want to play, select the artist (for example George Michael) and then select George Michael radio. But the radio option isn't even showing up. Spotify is connected to the system and I can play artist albums and playlists - that one feature doesn't appear though anymore? we had work done on our smart home unit and, even though I have rebooted everything, I wonder did that impact something. how do I get Artist Radio back?

For Amazon Music Unlimited tracks, is it possible to switch between Dolby Atmos and Ultra HD within the S2 app (presuming both formats are available for the track being played)?You can switch easily enough in the Amazon app.

I see many posts about wrong music and the alarm.  I’ve had this alarm set up for years, but suddenly it plays the last Tune-In station that was listened to, anywhere in the house, not the Tune-In station set for the alarm.  At the same time, if I look at the app, it looks as if the system is playing the station selected for that alarm.

If playing from Amazon the queue is no longer in use. I can load the queue from Apple music, but cannot find a way to play that queue and stop Amazon….

Hi!I am currently spec’ing out a wireless system that meets some slightly odd standards and curious if Sonos can meet these needs. I am working with spatialized audio that is not packaged in the standard formats and is sent via separate outputs.I am looking to send 8-16 induvial mono outputs from an audio interface to corresponding Sonos speakers. In short.. is there a way to send multiple inputs to a Sonos system? Or is there a route that would enable me to use a Sonos system in this way?  

I have 2 Symfonisk speakers that I use together with my wife. I mostly use them via the Sonos app or Spotify while my wife prefers using Airplay. Now we have the problem that often when my wife tries to play something via Airplay, her phone shows that she’s connected to the speaker but the speaker plays the last thing I played via the app instead of what she chose on her phone. Has anybody had a similar issue and found a solution?
