I activated the credit for the discount on my 2 sonos one sl that i use for surround and intend on buying 2 era 300 to use as surround.
The question is if i can still use my 2 sonos one sl or do they get deactivated or something like that?

Not really sure what you mean by ‘activated’. You have the discount until you use it, currently. Once it has been used, it goes away.
I mean that i want to upgrade my surround setup but i want to be able to still use the pair of sonos one sl that i already have , in other parts of the house.
That’s not an issue. You can ‘use’ the upgrade credit without needing to turn in, or losing your current speakers in any way.
