When I turn my Move 1 on it makes a noise like it just connected but I get nothing. Not even a light blue or white comes on anymore? It is plugged in to the electric I have owned it 4 months with no problems until now. Can it be reset to original factory? Or reboot

Is it possible that you have the status LED on the Move disabled? This would explain why you’re still hearing connection noises from the Move after trying to turn it on. If this option isn’t disabled, or you can’t get into the Sonos app to check, I would suggest you reach out to our support team so they can troubleshoot the status of your Move.
