Sonos S2 application on Redmi Note 10 Pro opens but closes immediately

Good morning,

Since this morning, like every day I do my sport, I wanted to listen to my favorite radio for my session. But here I plug in my Sonos Five, I wait for it to be fixed. I activate Wifi on my Redmi Note 10 Pro, and I select the Sonos S2 application and it loads but once I arrive at the menu where there are all the radio and disc icons it returns to the screen starting my smartphone. I tried restarting the phone but to no avail.

If you know what it could be I'm all ears.

Remove and reinstall the Sonos app.

Make sure you tell it to join an existing system when it starts.

Hello, on the other hand could you tell me why this product has a bug overnight. Because this is the first time I've encountered it, it had always worked, and the next day it didn't want to work anymore.

Probably a change in your OS. There’s been no change in the app.

Maybe, but it's curious because it hasn't offered me a system update recently or a system application. I'm just updating the Google Play apps that's all. Thank you so much.
